The chair is great, but you may be missing an item like me...the power cord! Luckily I had a pwr cord spare on hand. The worse thing is the iinstruction on hooking up the wiring doesn't match your wires. But all in all the chair is worth it.

I purchased this for my father since he occasionally need help getting up and down out of his recliner. He liked the idea of the built in cup holders and the heat and massage. Those have all been fine. The quality of the chair itself is terrible!!! I waited to write a review to see how the chair would hold up. It doesn’t. In just this short period of time, the arms are breaking down the seat is breaking down. We have had to add pillows to keep dad from falling over to one side or the other while sitting in the chair. If you want a chair for 1-2 months of use, go for it. If you want a chair to use for a few years, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!! ... show more

This recliner has one remote that is simple to use. The recliner is for a smaller person and it fits me perfectly. It is comfortable and the footrest is higher than most recliners. The best part is the customer service. You never know when you might need it. After 4 months the recliner stopped working and when I notified customer service they were exceptional. They sent me a new remote, then a bottom section of the recliner and finally the back where all the wires are and that was the problem. It only took about 4 days to get each replacement part trying to figure out what was wrong and they were in constant contact with me through email.
