Chair arrived on time and easy to put together. SUPER comfortable. I'm very short and I had no problem with where my head rested. Loved the cup holders but the USB ports charged my phone and Kindle on low charge. I am handicapped and my only real issue is that the foot rest doesn't rise flat with the rest of the chair. Your feet are not in alignment with the rest of your body and hang down slightly. I hsd to use a pillow under my feet to be aligned correctly. The slight angle put enough pressure on my low back and tailbone that I was in pain without a pillow. Were it not for that I'd have given it a 5.

This is a nice item for: - general relaxation. after a long day, the massage feature in auto gives an overall, mild sensation from neck to calf. It serves a good muscle relaxation function. Mildly therapeutic, nice to have - functional. the two usb ports are nice to have. iPad and iPhone can stay charged. A convenient pouch just below is a good place to store message controller and extra mobile device. *Suggestion* : move this port toward the front of the unit, about five inches or so. It will make access to pouch much easier when device(s) are plugged in. The Lift/recline feature wins 5 stars for the forward lift. Reaching middle age :) there are times it really helps the knees and hip. 5-10 years down the road, this feature will be priceless. Recline is good, functional. Cup holders are convenient -Quality. The motors feel very solid. tight. the faux leather and padding is above average. Value adder. Overall, a purchase we are happy with after a month or so. If this unit holds up three years or more, it will be considered a steal. Out of the box, it is a satisfying addition for the money.

Wow. For the price I could not be more impressed. I am a 5’8 160 lb woman and don’t know if the chair will be as comfortable for anyone much taller than that but probably could hold a bit more weight. I put this together myself in less than 20 minutes (despite generally being a mechanical dummy) and I think it’s the most comfortable thing I’ve ever sat in. It doesn’t take up much space but there are some cords that come out of the back that you’ll have to deal with on an aesthetic level. One thing that is wrong is the USB port on the side doesn’t seem to work and there is one power cable I have no idea how to use (the instructions aren’t great but it’s easy to tell which cords fit with what). So I assume the usb not working has to do with that random power cord but I can’t figure out how to connect them. But frankly the chair is so great I don’t even care. UPDATE** I found the cord for usb it was just tucked up into the chair and it fit in fact connect to the random power could and does work. Very cool feature! I bought the chair to prepare for a surgery I’m about to have where I’ll need to be lifted up to standing for a few weeks. This chair seems it will work great for that, but I’ll update if it turns out not to be the case. Right now I have the massagers and heat going and I am in heaven (hence the gushing review). It is only day 1 but I have to say I 100% recommend this chair for someone of my size (and maybe a little bigger though probably not taller)

This is actually the SECOND one we've purchased over the past 3-weeks. Bought one for my wife initially due to her medical condition however, upon assembly and usage, I found it to be an extremely solid, functional, recliner/lift chair, so I purchased a second (matching) one for myself. The motor is very fast yet remarkably quiet. Whether fully reclined back, or in the complete lift position, there is NEVER any sense of instability. The actual assembly took only 15-minutes to complete, with everything sliding, and locking, into place - NO tools are needed whatsoever. The two ("2") side cellphone charging ports are an added bonus, as are the front and side storage pockets. To dual bottle/cup holders are also a nice touch. Of course the massage, with its many setting options, as well as the heat, make this chair an absolute delight; very easy to fall asleep in. It is important to note, however, that the product arrives in two separate boxes, so don't be concerned when one section arrives a few days after the first. Finally the two power cords (one for LIFT; one for HEAT/MASSAGE) could be a bit longer although, once set, we really have no need to hold on to either. For the money, and the 12-month warranty, this overall quality can't be matched nor beat.

The faux leather in the middle of the chair back ripped the second time it was at in and now I noticed that there is also a small tear on the foot rest. I was going to return as defective and have another sent to me, this specific chair is no longer available. So I have until 1/31/22 to return the chair but I have to figure out a way as I no longer have the boxes. Otherwise, my husband loves the chair; he said it was comfortable and has fallen asleep in it.
