I ordered the six piece set. This patio set is exactly the way it looks on the website pictures. Beautiful colors and blue accents. It took me a while to assemble but it was worth it! Packaging was done very efficiently and well. The only pieces that had damage and scratches were the bottom blue attachments to the chairs. I’m loving my new patio set! ... show more

Shipping only took a few days. The 6 piece set came in 3 different boxes. The directions aren’t the best but it didn’t take very long to assemble. Seems to be pretty solid and pretty well made.

The seats themselves are ok once you piece it all together. Unfortunately just about everything before I got to the point of sitting down was a disaster. No instructions included just an insert of what I bought, not enough screws, missing four total legs, several screws were not manufactured correctly so the drill bit wouldn’t fit nor would the Allen wrench it came with, a couple of cushions were already frayed, I could go on and on. Three stars because it at least looks nice and is decently comfortable once you get past all the other shortcomings. ... show more

Initially I wanted to give this 0 stars. Multiple issues with product. Stripped screws, missing parts, broken wicker. I tried to contact Amazon and they were not helpful. I tried contacting manufacturer multiple times (email and phone) to no avail. I left a bad rating and the seller finally responded and offered a replacement product.
