I'll start by saying this product came exactly as advertised, which is great for this price point. I've bought other cat trees in this same price range from other brands, and they are usually very flimsy and fraying already when they arrive. For this tree, the colors are the same as the pictures, every feature is present, and all the platforms and poles are sturdy. Woohoo! As soon as I started unloading the box, my two cats started playing with every piece. They watched me assemble it, and I had to run out when I was halfway done. When I returned, I found my cats hanging out in the partially-assembled tree (seen in 2nd photo). I swooned. Guys, they're so in love with this tree. My smaller cat has already ripped all the feathers off the feather toy, but I think that's a problem with her and not with the quality of the feathers (she's a feather maniac). The instructions were easy to follow, although a lot of the poles are very similar in size and hard to tell apart. I used a tape measurer to make sure I was always grabbing the right piece. All the holes were drilled where they needed to be, and it all came together perfectly. Small cons I'm keeping an eye on: The carpet on the poles is a little bit overlapped which creates an awkward bump where the staples are. I am curious to see if this will cause the carpet to unpeel with frequent use, but so far I haven't noticed anything. Some of the staples are more accessible than I would like, but they seem thick and hopefully won't pop out to poke any cats. My big cat is snoozing on the tree as I write this (3rd photo), so I think we give this tree four paws up <3

The things we do for our children. I got this tree so my kitten could entertain himself during the day and have a high place to perch and rest. Obviously it comes disassembled. So the instructions were comprehensive, but the issue is that a lot of the long green pole pieces look identical but they’re actually supposed to be different. There’s maybe an inch or so difference in length, and while it tells you what each numbered piece is supposed to look like on the paper document, the physical pieces themselves are not numbered, so you’re left to guess which piece the number 13 on the diagram really is in real life. Again, some of those pole pieces look the exact same but are actually different. It comes with an Allen wrench and I did unfortunately have to build, unscrew, and then rebuild the base until the pieces finally fit in together. Once you do the bottom pieces and you’re out of identical-looking green poles, the rest is smooth sailing. As for the product itself after it is built, it’s very sturdy if you screw everything in right the first time. My kitten is about 7-8 pounds now and a very rough player. He is constantly jumping around to different parts of the tree and messing with the hanging ball attachments. So far nothing has come off and even the scratching post sections haven’t frayed. His favorite part is the top tier of the tree and he likes to sleep and rest there. It’s easy enough to wipe down with a cleaning cloth and I’ve used a handheld vacuum on it as well. Haven’t tried doing any deep cleaning but I’m sure you could probably make it work. You can also lay down a small blanket on top of the tree to protect the fabric and make it more washable. Overall I would absolutely recommend the product itself. I just wish the assembly was a bit easier because I was cussing like a sailor trying to figure out which pole was which.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble cat tree. Great for the price and way cooler than the cat trees at the store. Both my cats love climbing it but don't really use the scratching post ramp. You definitely need to put it in a corner if you don't want to connect it to the wall for stability. If you have little kids be forewarned they want to climb it too.

The media could not be loaded. Great cat tree! (Not a bot review) Sturdy enough for our cats. It comes with a strap and drywall screw set up if you need/wish to attach into your wall (seen in pic, sorry not very clear) We didn't need to use ours. Love the colors, very vibrant! Fabric material is super soft and scratching posts seem to be standing up pretty well for having it almost 2 weeks and Bean scratches regularly. Took a pic of my hand and regular sized cat toy in the hammock, so hopefully it'll be of use to seeing the size of it (hope it helps). The top bed is cushiony and not thin. These are the cats fav spots to be, they didn't waste any time to layz about on it lol AND it was with-in my price range! Great value, great price! I recommend! Thank you! 😊

Customer Service gets 0 Stars! There was a missing screw, I called the customer support number on the instructions, they said they could send me a replacement screw. I was told to contact Amazon to return the item and exchange. I've already put it together! All in all it is a pretty decent cat tree. A little wobbly, but not much. Now I have to figute out how to attach the last piece with no specialty screw.

I picked this cat tree because each platform has 2 or more supports which is more sturdy, and the cats can sink their claws into the fabric on posts and cabana. They started inspecting and pawing pieces as I unpacked them, so I was concerned the would lose interest before I finished assembling. But no, they supervised every step, and as soon as I finished they were both all over it. I didn't even have to break out the catnip to pique their interest. Another reason I chose it is the size, which happily is a perfect fit for my 12lb male and my 8lb female. I know there will be discussions between them over who owns which level at what time of day, but I'm sure they will work it out. My big buddy has already claimed the condo, and I'm sure the hammock will go to my young lady. I'm so glad I found this.
