My cats absolutely love this cat tree. This is the first cat tree I’ve owned where even my shy kitty confidently climbs all the way to the top, which honestly says a lot. The height is perfect, and the multiple levels give them plenty of options to lounge, climb, and hide. The condos are cozy and get used constantly, and the top platforms are big enough for them to stretch out comfortably without looking cramped. It feels sturdy and well-balanced, even when they’re jumping between levels. Assembly was straightforward, and all the pieces lined up without any issues. The fabric is soft and plush, and the posts feel solid enough to handle daily scratching and play. I also appreciate that it looks nice in the room and doesn’t feel bulky or out of place. Great, sturdy product. Fairly easy to assemble, easy to clean with a cat fur rake. Top baskets fold down to get the creases where fur accumulates. I appreciate that as a cat parent with mild allergies.

This cat tree is very large and easy to assemble (even though my cats kept climbing in it while I was trying to put it together hahah). It is slightly wobbly, but has a strap that can be screwed into the wall to better secure it. My cats don't roughhouse on it so I've had no need.

Easy to assemble. I think they provide the most comprehensive and detailed instructions that I have ever gotten from an at home assembly job. Quality is to be expected very solid. Carpet is SUPER soft. I’d suggest where there are holes you have to put screws through in the carpet, that you use the Allen wrench to poke through the hole before you attempt to fasten it. It might save some frustration. Otherwise, my 23# Queen is soooooo happy. It’s sturdy enough for her to romp around on. The muchroom color haha is really complementary to my browns and reds in the living room area. ... show more

I buy a new cat tree almost every year and I've been buying Hey-Brother trees for years now. I was upset they got rid of my cats favorite tree and decided to try this one. For the size and height, it's a good price. It's taller and a bit more narrow, so if you have a more compact spot it would be good. But being tall and more narrow it makes it a bit less sturdy and more tipsy. The cubbies seem a bit smaller as well, but the cushions on the top pads are still the same wonderful quality. EDIT Taking this from a 4 star to a 1 star. The only thing holding the tree upright when my cats jump up is the anchor in the wall. Its extremely shaky. I (and they) dont like the fact that in order to get from the top bed down the tree is to step into the lower bed and down. If theres more than one cat on the tree on each bed, they're stepping on each other causing hissing matches. I'll be looking for and ordering a new tree ASAP. ... show more

When the box was delivered I was worried, it was A LOT of pieces. As we opened the box and I read the “directions” which were equivalent to Lego instructions (no words, pictures) I was amazed at how easy it went together. Only one take apart redo which I’m calling a win! We had it together in about 30 mins. There is a white “strap” looking piece that in the instructions isn’t mentioned, ( I think it’s an anchoring point for the wall) It’s sturdy, very tall almost to the ceiling ( which is what I wanted) and my 20 lb. I was amazed of how durable the Cat Tree was made. The material is nice and soft; we love how sturdy it is. Once we put Cat Tree together, Tigger (our 10wk old kitten) started exploring the tree.
