Apologies for lack of good photo/video. I'll update if I acquire better. First off a bit about my household: I was a two cat household until some needy 4 week olds fell in my lap. I intended to foster and find a home for one or both ...but after a couple months realized this was not going to happen. So suddenly I have 4 cats in a 700sqft apartment. I am a firm believer in min one cat tee per cat...everyone usually claims one and it's a good balance. I went looking for my normal sub 100 tree which I could only technically afford one of... but kept seeing this one. The more I saw the more I loved it. It is as stunning in person as online...and I HATE whites/tans/beiges.... even so I bit the bullet and got one on an Affirm loan. _Worth It_ First: This thing is sooo easy to assemble and I love that it allows you to adjust where the angles are while still having balance. Intelligence in the design from top to bottom. The base could likely use some form of sealant to prevent easy destruction but from desiring less negative impact on the environment I see why this was skipped. Perhaps a harder wood? Note: Watch out for the included cat nip while assembling..apparently I didn't realize they included some and barely rescued my living room from being covered in it due the high energy kitten. Second: Replaceable parts? Sign me up! All the other trees technically should be due to how they assemble but manufacturers making or selling the parts individually does not seem to happen. Third and Most Important: The cats love it. They even share it peacefully on the regular. This does not happen with the other trees. They've even, for the most part, abandoned the other trees! I may end up removing a tree and recovering valuable space one day... Note on this: I did delay this review to make sure I was not just experiencing the normal new toy excitement cats can have, particularly around trees, nope. This has at least one cat in it 90% of the day for well over the time they usually get 'new thing fatigue' More info: The bowls are also sufficient for the cats to double up in, even the adults. My adults are not heavy and two together would be the weight of some of yalls adorable chonkers out there. The padding could stand maybe some loops and a button to help hold them in place but fixing them once and awhile is not much of an issue and sometimes the cats adjust them back for themselves. The _one_ downside and feedback which isn't unique to this type of furniture/base: I did note the one or two reviewers speaking to the instability of the tree. It's nit unstable unless there are issues with parts/assemblage... or your floor (like me). Generally you should not be experiencing it....BUT if you have old school hardwood floors like me its impossible to avoid. I have my ways around it which worked fantastically....but for a nearly $400 tree it would be nice if this were a non issue and the feet had some adjustment. The feet are not adjustable. My thought: If there could be access to the feet from the top platform and large/longer screws (with maybe little plungers) that would allow you to screw/unscrew the feet a TINY amount in an uneven surface environment it would be absolute icing on the cake. One could adust while the cats were on it/testing it for you. Doubt much will be done here as this is such a common issue but figured I would put it out there. My fix for uneven (non carpeted) floors if you're curious: Use a glob of Quake Hold...size based on amount of wobble and foot size. Ball it up and place in the middle of foot [warmed up] then shove/wiggle furniture down until stable. It creates a little lift and mini hold on that one corner. This will not help if its too significant of a difference but likely there are bigger problems if you need more than this. If you paint your hardwood: Be aware it WILL pull up paint if you need to move the furniture and act accordingly)

Omg! Love this! Heavy for two active 12 pound cats to play and sleep. Attractive in any room. They adore scratching on it! Fairly easy to put together, no tools other than the Allen wrench that comes with it. I had to get a man to help with the top section. I am a senior woman with bad vision and couldn't get the top branch on. Heavy! He struggled some until he found the screw thread was faulty. He messed with it for a bit and it went on easily. Mau has a help center I could have reached for a replacement screw but cats and I did not want to wait! A few weeks later I bought another smaller one, then during black Friday sale I bought replacement parts for the large unit, extra cushions for the beds and dangle toys to attach. More for the future as this is expensive and I don't know if I will have the money when it wears out! This was a splurge gift for my cats in our new home. It is much prettier than the big bulky trees that shed carpet fibers and the sisal frays away. It is pretty in the rooms too! I put the old trees on our screened in room (catio) until they wear out. Highly recommend! Buy during December, the only time they have discounts on items or bundles.

I’m so happy with this cat tree! It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and once it was put together, it felt very strong and durable. I absolutely love the beautiful modern aesthetic—it looks more like a piece of furniture than a traditional cat tree and blends nicely with my home decor. The baskets are spacious and comfortable, and my cats have loved it since day one. They are constantly climbing, scratching, and relaxing on it. Definitely a great choice if you have multiple cats!

I love this cat tree and so do my cats!! BUT, the top half is very wobbly. As my cats jump up onto it, it actually turns a little. After a few jumps, it's very loose and shaky. I need to tighten it every two to three days. I wish there was a way to fix this. It is very well made and a little tough to put together with only one person. Doesn't look like it would be but it's heavy and hard to do alone. I called my neighbor over to help me with the top half. I have 6 cats and 3 of them are in it almost constantly. If it weren't for the top half being so wobbly, I would have given it a perfect score. I'm almost ready to try lock-tight or something to keep the top branch from turning and shaking so much. Edited to say that the bottom half and the top half are only held together by one small screw. Reason why the top half is so shaky. 2nd Edit: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I really do love the looks of this cat tree and my cats love it as well but the top half is just too shaky to be safe for my cats. I have tried EVERYTHING!! And I mean EVERYTHING!! to put the top half on. It worked well for a few days and then right back to being shaky. Customer service was great and did try to help but for what it cost, they need to improve on it. If you really want one of these, buy the one with only 2 baskets. I have had 5 different people try to help put it together and nobody can get it with it not being shaky or wobbly. Just not safe for the cats. Right now I have it at only 2 baskets.

Well I was super excited to receive this cat tree but unfortunately as I was putting it together the top part wouldn't screw into the middle section due to faulty threading so I packed it up and ordered a replacement, customer service was good, ill have to update this review in a WEEK because now I'm waiting Again! 🥲 My cats got really excited and I could tell they would have loved it. Update: I got the new tower today I was still having a little trouble with the middle section of putting it together but I scrapped a little bit of residue out of hole and was able to finally put the two pieces together. Overall the cat tower does wobble just a little bit but like a tree Would, my cats love it! So far I've had two of them in it consistently since I put it up almost all day they've been chilling in it! It's overall seems durable idk if it's worth 400$ probably would pay 250$ but it does look nice

We've had this cat tree for about 5 months. We bought a condo with very high ceilings and the way our living room is shaped there's no way to tuck a cat tree into a corner. No matter what we got it would immediately draw attention. Cat trees are ugly. This one looks really cool and has height. It's definitely a show stopper. Every time someone visits they comment on how pretty it is. My cats absolutely love it. One weighs 8.5 lbs and the other weighs 12.5 lbs. It gets slightly wobbly when they jump into the top basket, but no issues. On rare occasion they use the top basket to jump up into our high windows. (Then they regret their choices and skedaddle back down.) They do like to scratch the inside of the baskets, so at some point they'll need replacing. I'm really glad that Mau Pets sells replacement baskets. No complaints. I would recommend it. If you have a really large cat like 18lbs+ maybe get the 3 tier instead of this 4 tier one. I would definitely buy it again.

My 3 cats love this tree, it's beautiful. I initially could not get the top half to screw onto the bottom. I'm not sure if the threading came bad, or if I stripped it trying to get it on. I've put together several other types of furniture together, but this was a bit difficult. I reached out to customer service to get a replacement top half. They took a bit to answer, I'm sure due to the holidays, but they eventually sent out a replacement. The replacement was also a struggle to get on, but I did finally get it to screw on. It was a little wobbly initially, and I was scared to keep turning it in case I was messing it up. I reached out to the seller again to make sure it was okay to keep trying to tighten it, and that did the trick. I tightened it until it didn't move anymore, and that made it much more stable. I'll keep a check on it as the cats use it, in case it starts to loosen. My cats haven't made it to the very top yet, as I think they are still learning to trust it. I do wish the bottom basket was a little lower to ground. My cats are all under 5 years old, so no issues getting in it now. However, as they get older it will be harder to get in the lower bed. Overall very happy with the purchase. Rich with customer service was very helpful!
