I loved the quality and sturdiness and type of fabric used for the coverings as well as the padded comfy perches. I really liked they labeled all the parts clear and that made it easy to put together. Good directions for assembly - did it by myself without help. I’m not that strong a girl and I am happy I did not need help from anyone. I just took my time and it was pretty easy. The only thing slightly difficult was lining up the bolts inside the little houses. Again, I took my time so it came out perfect and tight and strong. Very sturdy cat tree. Ultra soft plush areas for them to sleep. Scratching areas and a toy included. Easy to assemble. The product is great... once we finally received it. The first shipment never arrived due to damage in transit. It took many communications and we'll over a week to get a replacement shipped. When we finally got it the cat's reactions were worth it. First the tree itself is excellent choice for the money. Sturdy, easy to put together, all around quality product. Excellent customer service. I had an issue with delivery and the company went above and beyond to take care of my issue.

Build was easy for the most part, the bottom layer and poles were kind of hard to tell exactly what position they needed to be in but as long as the right screws are where they need to be it’s fine. The box shaped house I did have to cut a tear where the screw went since the fabric didn’t have one. Other than that seems sturdy and cats wanted to be on it immediately. Price is good for what you get, height is decent too. Maybe 5ft tall. Will update later if it holds holds up good or if they end up destroying it. ... show more

The first thing you should know is that I have too many cats, so cat towers don't really last long in this house. I've gone through a few in the last few years. The cats were fine with the others, but the moment this was put together things were different. There's never a free spot open on this thing! They love the beds and the bottom hammock. All 3 are really soft. I have one cat that's not gotten in any tower I've owned that I find sleeping in one of the beds regularly now. It was very easy to put together and is more sturdy than most I've gotten. My only complaint--with all these towers--is that the sisal rope used for the scratching posts isn't the slightest bit durable. It will have to be replaced pretty quickly. But I can't fault this model for doing things the way all these companies do with cat towers so I still think it deserves 5 stars. Just plan on buying replacement rope for the posts to extend the life of this tower. Your cats are going to want it forever! ... show more

Very simple to put together if you had this type of tree before. My adult are 9-10lbs and fit inside the cubes and perches perfectly. Very soft and cushioned.

My sons 3 cats can be on it all at once and it's very sturdy. Not cheap looking at all. We don't have it mounted to wall but has never fallen, doesn't even rock. Perfect hight. I thought it was probably small as far as width and it was not. I highly recommend.

My cats really love the tree. The upper tier with the house is their favorite, and one of mine loves playing with the ball toys and the scratch posts. That cat also likes the rope, but only when I detach it from the tree and swing it around myself. Only one of them has tried to get in the hammock, but I think it may be hung a little too high for their liking. While it is stable and I doubt my cats could knock it over, it does shake around (especially when they're acting rough on it). I think they may be a bit too nervous to try the two beds at the very top. As for assembly, I will say the instructions are very clear and easy to understand as long as you aren't trying to rush through it. However, assembling those two house pieces were hell on earth. The posts you are meant to put INSIDE them are very hard to place correctly and it's a long guessing game till you get it right. With two people, the tree took about 2 hours to set up. Despite how much of a headache those two pieces to set up were, I would still give the tree itself 5 stars. :) ... show more
