Apart from a late shipping date, once I actually received it the product itself is excellent. Easy and fast to put together, feels high quality, came with all tools needed (just one Allen wrench), and looks nice. And clearly the kittens absolutely love it. I run a neonatal rescue foster program for kittens, little bottle feeders that need care for local pet orgs, and these ones are between 3 and 4 weeks old and they took to it immediately before I even had a chance to introduce them to it. They're still too little to understand the next floor up, but they are all over the first two floors. Hard to see in the pics is the little black kitten inside the round house too. The material is soft so they are loving the feel of it and immediately used the scratcher posts for scratchies. Well worth it. ... show more

Waited a bit to see if my cats would like it and it's a keeper! I wish it came in a few other colors, but the grey is nice. It is very sturdy, and really doesn't shake when they jump on it. The platforms are a bit on the smaller side, which is fine because my cats aren't that big, but my larger cat (he is about 15 pounds) can't curl up enough to fit comfortablly. My two cats sleep very well on it and I often find them on it. It was very easy to put together, and there were even extra parts if needed. Overall good value for smaller cats! ... show more

Sturdy but not as heavy as a lot of towers, so it's easier to move. Only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it was missing a screw and I had to go to Lowe's to find a close replacement. Easy enough instructions to follow to assemble it.

They gave me an extra long screw instead of the short but other than that, everything is fine. Great size for my living room. Sturdy. The original fastener ripped through luckily I had an extra around.

I have 2 10 lb cats who outgrew their kitten cat tree. I have 4 special needs animals so im on a budget typically when it comes to non essentials for them. This BY FAR exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. It’s a great size, larger than was expecting. My cats hopped right on it without any prompting and have been playing in it ever since. It’s pretty sturdy but there’s an attached strap to tether it to the wall if your feel thats needed. The fur on it is higher quality compared to other amazon cat trees of similar price that I’ve seen.
