Not exactly hard to put together, but using an Allen wrench for all of it was a pain. A screwdriver would’ve been sooo much easier & faster. Some pieces were marked by small lettered stickers, other pieces weren’t marked or the stickers fell off. Company forgot to include instructions, but they did email them to me. Overall, I’m happy with product & keeping it. Updating my review: I’m missing some parts (4 screw on feet & 2 clips that help hold the sections together). I’ve emailed the company & they say they can’t send me the pieces( out of stock), but are offering me $30 to go buy my own! Ridiculous!! Why can’t they send me the pieces I’m missing??????? Don’t buy from this company!!!!

The installation was about an hour and I'm pretty good at installing furniture. The fabric isn't of high quality. It's very rough even foe pitdoor standards. I would not recommend it.

We think this is a great product! We love how it looks and it’s very comfortable! Unfortunately, it did not come with instructions or the bolts to help screw in the screws so my husband had to go out and buy his own but we love the finished product! Hopefully it holds up well!

Very cute. Smaller than expected. Light weight. Cushion material is a little itchy and not the best quality, but looks nice. Very tedious and difficult to put together with an allen wrench.

The Assembly process is overly complicated and takes so long to do. All that after to realize and see all that work to put together a cheap quality end product. I would never do business with this manufacturer again. I have had several sets of patio furniture as a home owner and this is by far the worst in every step from visual to comfort I ever seen.

We weren't missing two panels. Customer service was quick to respond and send out a box of parts that were needed. Assembly was fairly straightforward as long as you lay everything out ahead of time. The Allen bolts and Allen wrench make it awkward to tighten with any speed. Took a star off for missing parts, but the customer service makes up for it. I would buy products from them again.

The furniture is nice looking but if you purchase make sure it's under a covered patio.. even though I've applied 2 coats of fabric waterproof spray the cushions still take on water.. now the set is useless I've wasted my money
