My patio needed new furniture, and I really wasn’t loving the old styles or the recent cheap looking tropical rattan. This was a happy medium because it looks like a solid set that would hold up for the summer months. The bench definitely needs some more support because the bottom is just cushion and then rubber ropes. I’m afraid it’s going to break and we are not super large people. I think for that reason the quality rating goes down a little bit, especially for the price.

This set is beautiful and very nice for the price. However it was INCREDIBLY difficult to put together. It took multiple people many hours to try to figure it out because pieces just didn’t want to fit even while following directions.

Pretty easy to put together, I bought a waterproof tarp to cover during hurricane season. One of the questions/answers said this set isn’t really weather proof so I suggest getting something to cover it. Only one part of the instructions was confusing when putting the chairs together the flat side of the arms should be next to the seat attachment.

I bought this product and was excited to have it for my first home. Package arrive damaged and missing cushions. During the assembly I noticed the instructions provided didn’t correspond with the way the item had to be assembled and the measurements of the item was not cut to specifications. Know matter how you assembled it one part couldn’t be assembled. It’s should have been an easy task but I quickly realized the item was defective. Looks great but assembled poorly. The customer service was horrible and Amazon couldn’t be contacted the whole experience was horrible.
