The gazebo looks amazing! The directions were simple. Take your time when building. It took my husband and I 4 1/2 hours to put together. For $500 it's very well made but we did bolt it to our deck. (We had to go buy the bolts separately). There's a hook in the middle of the ceiling I plan on hanging an outside fan. We received both boxes on the same day. No problems at all the boxes and everything was packed nicely. I absolutely recommend!

Love it! Took me about 9 hours to set up between 2 people. Instructions are very clear if you follow exactly what it says. Theres some tricky parts but you can figure it out. Lots of other parts in the second box where the roof metal is at. Customer service was quick and responsive. I couldn’t find another part I needed but it was under the metal to the roof.

I love the product but I misunderstood when they said grey or brown it was just the curtains. The frame is brownish black and I wanted grey. Also you need as least 2 people to build as the instructions mentioned. It is definitely NOT a one person job. The instructions to build were a bit confusing especially for the roof panels. I would of loved a video of this exact product from the manufacturer. I had to google so many different you tube videos of similar gazebos to find a strategy to make the roof panels fit and easier. But once it was built it looks beautiful and I am looking forward to using it. I just need to see about the rain and how it drains/and or protects my furniture inside.

So, we decided on this gazebo because of the great reviews....I did see that assembly may be difficult, especially being one person (and female) so I did have to get someone to help. When it came time to put the roof on there were some panels where the holes did not line up so we did have to drill holes. Once we got everything finished we added lights and now we have our "permanent" gazebo....no more putting up and taking down like we used to have to do. If you have any issues, make sure you contact the seller because they are very quick and responsive.

If you are not an expert in working with tools, nuts, bolts etc this product will make you miserable. You better have a lot of patience, and the know-how to work through many major design flaws. The engineer of this product is my bew worst enemy. This took a total of 24 labor hours to complete. You will bleed, sweat, and you will be yelling obscenities throughout the setup of the product. Here are a few notable issues: 1. Your holes will not line up. Youre going to have to drill through steel and plug the other holes so rain doesnt come through due to design flaws. 2. The directions are only very simple pictures with no words. 3. Once you put your awning up, there is nothing to weigh it down at the bottom or to tie it down so it will just blow blow blow in the wind making the awning completely useless. Do yourself a favor and buy a better product and thank me later.

This product is exactly as described. Made of very sturdy materials and it exactly what we wanted. It comes with curtains and bug screen which we did not use for the area we wanted the gazebo for. NOW as far as assembly that's another story. Directions are not as descriptive as they needed to be and it take 2-3 ppl to get together with ease. and MULT hours. But once it is together all that name calling is worth it. lol. We did have several pieces of the metal roofing that was bent and we had to shape it as need to fit into place. Would defiantly buy again.

I was missing screws and they responded in a timely manner and they did replace them . I love my gazebo it's 10ft x 10ft perfect for the area its in. Looks exactly like the picture. The curtains and netting are made of great quality material.
