I recently decided to try Bluetti products coming from using similar products from another vendor. I'm impressed with the build quality and admire Bluetti's modular approach. I purchased a B300 battery to add additional capacity to an AC200MAX and wanted to purchase a second to max out the run time. Knowing I can repurpose the B300 battery for use with the A300MAX at a later time is very appealing. I also intend to use the B300 as a standalone power source for 12V coolers... great for those day shopping trips that including picking up frozen items from the clubs. The price was lowered shortly after buying the first B300. Sarah with Bluetti was amazing and refunded the difference in price and offered even more savings on additional products I wished to order. It is exciting to find a company in 2022 that not only has a great quality product but awesome customer support. I purchased the Bluetti AC200P about a year ago. The intent was to have it provide some backup power during an outage but also to be used nightly to run a window AC unit. I can keep the rest of the house a little warmer and just cool the bedroom. I purchased one of the most efficient window units I could find and the AC200P was able to run it for about 6-7 hours during pretty warm nights. I also had to run the AC using grid power to pre-cool the room. I needed to expand the capacity of the AC200P so that I could run the AC unit longer. I also did not like running the AC200P down to zero every day. The B300 expansion battery provides the capacity I need to run the AC unit all night long. The B300 will also provides enough additional capacity to run the AC200P during power outages. I used to worry about buying one of these products and then seeing a newer and better product come out. With the B300, I know that I will still be able to use it in the future as I eventually hope to purchase another B300 and the AC300 to complete a system for my future needs at an off-grid cabin. And from what I've read, Bluetti will offer future products that will be backwards compatible for B300 usage. I was concerned about having a big item with sensitive components shipped, but the B300 came packaged really well with a box within a box and thickly padded foam inserts. Even the outside box also had stiff cardboard edge supports to help during transit. Overall, I am very satisfied with the B300 as I've been running test charges on it and using it to supplement my AC200P to power various items. ... show more

listen solar isn’t cheap but if you want years of reliable energy free energy and you want the best the bluetti is the way to go , i have this battery and 3 others for my AC 300 bluetti thats 12,000 wt of power bring on the power outages the last storm we had power was out for four days you dont know how spoiled you are until the power is gone it was so hot miserable couldn’t sleep couldn’t shower , we lot’s months of food storage in the deep freezer and everything in the frig lots of expensive meats and fruit “never again “ my job is to protect my family and to see that everyone is comfortable and happy,this is the best solar company on the market ,, patriot there ok not bad , jackery there pretty good to , but bluetti is the best the quality of the craftsmanship is so so good my only criticism for bluetti they really need to work on there customer support now dont get me wrong there not to bad but without going into to much detail about that im not going to say anything bad about bluetti because they were pretty helpful but it did take longer then usual to get that help ,,, but let me tell you totally worth the money even though they are a little expensive but in the long run totally worth it you will appreciate it way more once the power gos out and it hot and miserable or cold and miserable cant shower and you have to eat cold food or just junk well goodluck its never ever going to happen to my family again ,,, thank you bluetti ... show more

    • Works flawlessly to add power
This powerhouse more than doubled my capacity and it is slightly shorter than the solar generator, making it even easier to tuck into a secure location. The accessory cable to connect to the generator is a bit short and thick, but it works great.

    • Great product as well as excellent customer support
I have the blue ready AC 200 max and have been very satisfied. I purchased this extra B300 battery as an addition to the unit. Trying to track the unit from Amazon to my house, the unit appeared to be lost. After two days, I contacted Bluetti and spoke to Anson (through emails). Anson, as a customer service representative, was exceptionally responsive to my concerns, and after trying to track the unit himself, decided to send another one to me at his extra expense. I was very impressed with that. Ultimately the original unit was delivered to my house so I contacted Hanson and told him not to ship the second unit because as indicated, it’s very heavy weighing over 80 pounds. He was able to intercept shipping of the second unit which saved us both a lot of time and effort because returning it would’ve been a big deal in expense and effort (the box. It came in way over 90 pounds). I was very impressed with Anson‘s customer service and the way he handled my problem.
