Here is a list of pros/cons. Overall, I would recommend this- just some things you should know in case they are deal breakers for you. Pros - massage pillow is nice. It has an alternating pulse side to side and steady- you can’t set that, but it’s nice that it does it. - comfortable for long periods - no funky chemical smell - reclining feature with footstool is fantastic - it’s beautiful. Functional as an office chair but looks like a lounge chair. Cons - I am 5’6” and even with the pillow, my feet barely touch the floor - the arms are not adjustable and do feel a bit high - the adjusting levers are in a weird spot.. you have to either have super long arms to reach over the arms and under the chair, or awkwardly reach through the arms to get under the chair - the massage pillow has a USB plug that must be plugged in to work. The cord is about 2ft. It’s not long enough to reach a wall or computer and you’d be tripping over it even if it did. Recommend using a power pack. But then the cord and pack are in the way. You can tuck it into the pillow but then you can’t reach the on button. Some room for design improvement here. I gave up using the massage feature but the pillow is nice. - when you go to scoot the chair forward under your desk, it sort of tips forward and gets stuck. Awkward to scoot. - the wheels like on most chairs suck. I replaced with rollerblade style and it’s much better. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. I like it. I don’t love it. But not enough to send it back. So I’m getting used to it. ... show more

This is a nice looking chair. Was easy to assemble and is quite comfortable for leaning back and stretching out. Mine was received without any damage. Literally, at the end of the day, after sitting in this chair for 8 hours my butt was sore for several hours after. My tail end and back need a chair that's a little more simpatico since I am using it a great deal every day. That said, the seller was very gracious in their response to my request to return the chair and promptly provided my refund along with some appreciation for comments that I had provided. While the chair did not work for me, a lot of other folks rated it very highly. So I would offer my comments for the good things. We are all built differently. It's still a nice chair at this price. I think the lack of a tilt mechanism for the seat might be a problem on any of these reclining chairs. I will probably need to replace my old Serta with a new Serta without the recline and go back to sharing my futon with the dogs when I want to stretch out. ... show more

My chair came today and I had to get it put together, mostly because recycling is picking up and I need the big cardboard box gone. It was left on the porch and was not any trouble getting into the house. It was packed extremely well. It took me less time to put together than my husband could cook some chicken phillys, so about 20 minutes or less. The assembly was VERY easy and the instructions and packaging was perfect. It is slender than my previous chair making it way easier to get in and out of the doorway for each room. I like to take it out when I deep clean the office. The arms are in the perfect spot allowing me to better type on my keyboard. The chair raises high enough and low enough for perfect desk positioning. I absolutely love the footrest. Which was one of my main reasons for purchasing. I can still slide under my desk and have my legs propped up and even cross my ankles. The recline is nice as well and feels very supportive. The only downside I have is that the bar to recline is hard to reach. I am 31" from shoulder to finger tip so I usually don't have trouble reaching anything, but this is a struggle for me. It is so much that I keep accidently pushing the bar that changes the seat height by accident. Lastly the little massage pillow that I thought I wouldn't care two cents about......I LOVE!!!! the pillow gives a good lumbar support and the vibration does have a good stimulation to massage a back that has been working all day. It felt really nice after putting together the chair. It requires a usb plug which I happen to have conveniently right attached to the desk. OVERALL EXCELLENT CHAIR. I have had my other one since 2017 and it has held up very well so hopefully this will do the same. I am always concerned about the hydraulic going out so only time will tell. Warning package is heavy!!! I am in good enough shape and I have hard floors that allowed me to manipulate it into my office. Assembly took less than 30 minutes (I am not sure why others have said it was difficult), it is really easy if you follow the directions. Maybe the directions have been updated from the previous reviews. Anyway, I love the leg rest and the lean back option which is great when watching TV and not having to sit at the computer. The only improvement would be the USB cord length for the vibrating pillow. I don't use it often but if I wanted to, I had to use and extension in order to keep the chair in a position that I can use my computer. ... show more

First of all, it surprised me that it's so simple to install, I thought it would take me 1 hour+ like other big chairs. However, it only took me 20+ mins. The seat so soft and comfortable. It reclines and moves so smoothly. I work on this with the straight back and play games with the recliner mode, the only down point is that the chair keeps me in my tiny man room way too long👍😆😆 ... show more

Cushions feel very nice. I like the range of movements that it allows. Lowest Height is just right for my desk. It comes with an extra back cushion that massages if plugged into a power bank. Haven’t tried that yet. Not sure I ever will 😂
