This product is great because it fits the full length of the tub, is slip resistant and stays in place. It sucks because the sections on the underside are a pain in the you know what to clean. Others have said simple peel it up daily and let it dry out out. They must not have small children, because after a bath, I'm taking care of them and forget to go back to the tub. A few baths later, it starts growing mold and I have to scrub every nook and cranny of the backside of this thing.

Gson is out of his bath seat now so needed something for slippage. Exactly as advertised! Great price, large, good suction and comfy on the feet. Drain holes are a plus for sure. Didn’t plan on keeping it down while he wasn’t with us but I honestly don’t mind it and I’m not one who cares for bathmats normally.

The mat itself works well enough as a non-slip surface for a bathtub or shower floor, but if you have an older tub that is NOT made of perfectly smooth acrylic or fiberglass (aka of the super heavy ones made of cast iron/steel with enamel/porcelain), each little suction on the mat will gradually come undone and this could be super dangerous. My husband attached it to our tub floor and 30 minutes later most of them had slowly lost suction. It didn’t necessarily look like it but I just happened to look closely enough to notice before putting my son in the bath. Be super careful because at first it’ll seem like they’re all suctioned firmly- they’ll stick right away when installed and you’ll have the loud pop when you try to pull it off, but if you have one of these tubs and you check back few minutes later, air will have snuck its way underneath the little circles and it just quietly loses suction (no loud pop) so be sure to pull on the mat to check for full suction some time after installing it and before you use it (I’d give it a solid hour or two after installing/sticking it onto your surface, then once that time has passed, go check the suction). The gritty/rougher tub surfaces just don’t allow for continual airtight suction. Be especially careful with your babies in the bath tub- check it after you install it and also check it once the tub is full of water before you put them in the bath, etc. Would work well for newer tubs or those made of fiberglass/acrylic. These are just not safe to use if your tub or floor surface is rough or gritty at all. Other than this it’d work great. I’d clean it with a handheld scrub brush on the front & back using Dawn soap and hot water. Use something stronger if left stuck to the floor for multiple uses and it molds or gets gross. For reviews saying it gets gross quickly, I would not leave it stuck after use- it is for sure going to get nasty if it’s left suctioned to the floor after water has made it’s way into every crevice. Although it’s partially vented, you still will need to pull it off and hang it over your shower curtain rod or over the side of the bathtub or something for the mat and your tub to truly dry. As far as the comfort of the mat, it’s not uncomfortable at all, it just feels like a textured mat.

It was a nice looking product, comfortable and affordable. It was longer so when you step to the back to get shampoo, etc. it works perfect because our spare bathroom has a non grooved floor which makes it super slippery. I cannot tell you how easy it is to clean yet.
