Pretty solid chair for the price. The headrest and lumbar support make long work sessions easier, and the mesh back feels breathable. Assembly took some time, but once set up, it’s comfortable and supportive. A good upgrade for a home office.

This came in a large and heavy box, unassembled. It included all the parts needed to assemble it along with an instruction manual. I was impressed with the instruction manual. It was detailed and easy to follow. When you attach the top of the chair to the bottom of the chair by way of the arms, the instructions tell you to put it on the shipping box. I didn't notice that part and will say that you have to put it on a chair or table or something to be able to be able to have it at the right angles to screw it together. I had real problems attaching a couple of the screws that connect the top to the bottom. What I figured out is that you can't have any of the screws connecting the top to the bottom tight until you have all of them in. So put them in and then tighten. This took me over an hour to put together, but I think it would have been under an hour if I hadn't had those two issues. You can adjust the seat height and tilt. I'm a short person (5') and can adjust the height down to a place where my feet can touch the floor. I was hoping that you could leave the arms off of this, you can't. However, it's better than that as you can raise the arms to be even with the back so you can raise and lower each arm as you like! I'm enjoying the lower lumbar support that my previous chair didn't have. This chair is both functional and comfortable and is a good quality. I'd definitely recommend it. ... show more
