This product fits well on my king bed frame, and is sturdy enough for me to lie on it, with me being 300 lbs. It is thin for being as supportive as it is. It definitely makes my bed firmer, which isn't an issue for me but may be for someone else. I have an issue with the bed sliding around; it is definitely not anti-slip. It costs basically what I would have spent on plywood to put under the bed, so the value is pretty good. I just wish I didn't have to readjust my mattress every day or more than once a day if it's a lazy gamer type of day.
