I got this frame for my son after he broke his wood log bed. The first order came and was not the complete frame and missing over half the parts and no tools or bolts. I contacted Amazon and got a replacement sent right away and returned the other box at no charge. Great customer service! I love that I can store all my totes and clothing under this, the only problem is that it’s very squeaky at night when he moves around in his sleep. I think it is a great cheaper alternative until we get into our new home. He loves this frame, it is very sturdy and easy to put together. Quicker with two people but a great buy over all!

Great frame. Giving 4 stars because the instructions confused the person who installed it. But once put together is a great frame and the round corners a blessing, considering that I hit myself a few times with the other bed frame that is not round and that is not fun. The price is great compared to many others. People slept on that bed and had a great experience. And being a bit high is great, easy to clean under and with space to put stuff as storage as well.

I bought these king sized version. It was easy to set up and supported my mattress which is a pillow top. I found the slats to be very light and I wondered whether they would support the weight of the mattress and bed. However so far 2 months in and it is working great. This replaced a stock wooden base. Made of wood but the slat had broken as it seems to have been lighter.

I love the height I sleep quality is great I sleep like a baby on this because it works well with my mattress. I don't recommend this high of a bed frame for anyone that is short and older because I'm five two, 44 and out of shape and I have to slightly climb onto my bed. But I love the storage space underneath which is why I got it in the first place. I love the way it looks. You can put some table curtains around the whole bed to make it look fancy. However it is not sturdy. I don't feel safe sleeping on top, especially when we turn around while sleeping. It is just my daughter and I sleeping on my bed and she is only on my bed on the weekends when her dad is visiting and is sleeping in her bed. Otherwise it's just me and I am not skinny and I'm not fat I'm average. There isn't any noise coming from the frame it's just not stable. I think the legs are too long for it to be sturdy and to offer any stability. It was easy to assemble and instructions were pretty clear it took me about 25 minutes and that's with my nephew's handing me screws.
