My son is a klutz like me. He could not balance on it. Not the company‘s fault. But when I went to send it back, they charged me 20 something dollars to send it back. Like almost $25. Was very unhappy with that. Nobody would take it and we had to go to the post office. Which always is good. So drops shipping sucks. Other than that it seem like a good hover board. ... show more

Received very quickly. When I opened box, I was amazed at the true orange color, it was stunning exactly what I wanted for my grandchild. This is a Christmas gift for 2021. I can't review on performance only on how the box arrived and the looks. On this factor only I would give it a 5 star review. I will update when they have opened and used most likely January 2022. This is a great hoverboard my daughter loves. The self balancing is GREAT as my daughter's friends are able to hop and and take very little time to find their balance. I only wish the battery life was a little longer. My daughter will run this all over the house and in just about an hour in will need to charge it again. this probably has a lot to do with the LED lights on the wheels which I do not believe you can turn off.
