So far I like it. I will say, I think the manufacturer should revise the instruction manual and add information about connecting the panel to it. It took me forever to get it hooked up correctly. The reason it took me so long is, the cord that's connected to the right side was shoved so far down that you couldn't see it so it looked like I had an extra wire. I had to take the thing apart to figure it out. I'm glad I investigated it because I was about to send it back. Once I found the other wire everything went smoothly. So far, it seems to be a nice machine.

This treadmill is difficult to fold down. In order to do so you have to remove bolts fold it and then re-add the bolts. Also the display does not fold down and makes it hard to store.

It came not same brand as I brought. It’s noisy. It’s also not that easy to fold.

The media could not be loaded. I have taken the foray back into gentle working out and decided a foldable treadmill was my best bet since space is limited and my cats have a very bad tendency of using the tread as a scratching post if it's set out (how my last one got ruined, tbh). This was a great find for me. There's an included key that pops into the side to turn to lock and unlock the bar for folding/unfolding and the best part was that it had it's own slot on the machine itself so it won't get "misplaced" like half the things in my house. The digital display is nice and easy to read and the built in tablet slot is probably my favorite thing so far so I can stream while sweating out the bottle of water I forced myself to hydrate with. I've never had a treadmill that has intuitive speed controls and it is so neat to be able to swing my arms to increase or decrease the speed. It's also not nearly as heavy as my last one so it's a lot easier for me to fold up and down and move around on the little wheels without feeling like I'm going to throw my back out. I'm 5'7 and over 180 and the motor is quiet even when I'm fast tracking on it and the unit doesn't feel like I'm going to break it even when I'm hitting my stride (I won't call it a run because I don't run lol). The hubs has got on it too and even around 220 lbs it doesn't seem like it's functioning any differently or any louder. Over a month of daily use and it's still going strong, so cheers to that.

A few things immediately happened with my first use. 1. If I put the the speed above 3.0 it would periodically jerk into my step and cause me to lose my balance. I cannot use this without holding the rails which is disappointing since I like to swing my arms when I power walk. 2. Since the stand for the phone is above the sensors that you wave at for increasing or reducing speed, the speed would change if I needed to grab my phone or change songs or something. 3. Pulse is not correct and neither is the calorie count. No way I only burned 12 calories after 10 minutes doing 3 mph. Overall I would honestly say I'm disappointed. I didn't go into this expecting anything fancy, but I'm a bit thrown off with these faults. Kind of wish I would have just spent more and got something better.

I purchased this treadmill because I'm stuck in the house 6 months a year through winter and now have bad allergies and can't walk. Gas prices are too high to drive 15 miles to the gym so this was my best option, thanks to Amazon! I really need to lose some weight so my knees don't hurt so much. Anyway, I'm in my late 60s and my eyesight isn't what it should be so it took me three hours with a 5 minute break to assemble this thing but I got it. I do think the instructions could have been a little more extensive and clear so I didn't have to spend a half hour trying to figure out how half a screw was going to hold the panel frame on...I finally figured out the tiny screw near there was for it. The panel itself was a bear to get on but after a break and a good flashlight I finally got it on there and all 4 screws in securely. I was so excited to fire this baby up and when I did I knew I had made the right choice. I am glad I did purchase the mat to go under it as I have it in the living room on carpet. I did purchase the bottle of oil but once the treadmill arrived I realized I didn't need it because one came with it...now I have plenty. I chose this treadmill because I'm doing nothing but walking. It's pretty basic and at 216 pounds and 5'8" tall, I would not even think of running on this thing. If you just want basic walking....this is the one for you!

Sturdy and easy to use but the electrical is not great. It's very sensitive and will change speeds on you if your hands are close to the wires
