First I don't like the case layout. Its more of a haste to get out and use and then put back than is necessary. I strongly recommend the manufacturer rethink the layout. With that out of the way this will not disappoint you. After watching a review on ProjectFarm's Youtube channel where this had good ratings and price I decided on this one. And I am delighted JUMP STARTING I have jump started my truck with absolute ease more than 20 times. It has no trouble whatsoever doing the job over and over. I have done several jumps without recharging. Not sure how many is possible but the indicator is easy to read. It takes about 1 to 2 minutes to grab out of the case and jump then put back. But again the case is a horrible layout. I cut it up and reconfigured it so now it takes about 30 seconds. CHARGER I handed this to a kiosk clerk who's phone was near dead. She was grateful and it charged her phone speedily. I have used it as such myself on a few occasions. I have used a portable fan with both the usb and the 12v adapter that is included with plenty of power left. CHARGING The simple usb charging makes charging this possible anywhere. LIGHT The built in light is very useful for jumping in the dark. I had to jump a group 96R battery on a 4 cylinder Ford Contour. That battery was absolutely dead. It started right up. I also used it to “trick” one of those new smart battery chargers in to charging said battery. These new chargers won’t start up if they don’t detect some minimal level of voltage on the battery. So my charger wouldn’t start. I connected the Yesper across the terminals just to provide some voltage and the charger then fired up. So I got double duty out of it. ... show more

I was pleased with the build quality of this unit and really like that it came with a nice case to hold the unit with cables, charger,etc. I used the product a few times quite successfully. After almost a year I went to use it again and the unit malfunctioned. I emailed the company with the symptoms and they emailed back the next day that I would receive a unit within a week. Bought this because every time I've bought a "cheap" jump starter in the past it's worked fine when brand new but didn't last long. Decided to spend a bit more for a better one. I bought this one in particular because it tested well on the Project Farm channel on YouTube. I've only had it for a few months so far but it does seem to be holding up extremely well. I really like that you can charge it via USB-C instead of needed a proprietary charging cable. Only gripe is I have to press the boost button every time I use it even if there's enough charge on the dead battery to wake up the car's electronics. I would have thought I would only need to use the boost button if the dead battery was _completely_ dead. ... show more
