The delivery process was pretty much on time I belive I received 1 day early from when they said I would receive it, there is 2 boxes. I wouldn't recommend this sofa it is very small, I feel like this is a kids sofa, I am 5'2 weight 188 I feel like a giant on this sofa. The back cushions are so flat I tried taking a picture which doesn't look flat but I promise they are so flat, the sofa cushions that you sit on are hard hopefully after time it softens up. I know I said I wouldn't recommend this sofa BUT if you truly need a couch that's cheap like myself I guess this is ok, if you are moving out into a apartment for the first time I guess this sofa is ok or if you have a small living room then yes I guess this sofa would be ok but I am sad on how much I spent on this sofa and with the size it is I should have waited and bought a more expensive couch. ... show more

I almost finished installing this sofa, just to found out that one of the sofa feet was buckling. In fact, the other feet were not perfect (it shows the tendency of buckling as well). The instruction said I could ask customer service for help and they would send new parts for free so I didn't have to return the entire sofa. But there was NO CONTACT provided! The only customer service I could reach was Amazon and it didn't allow me to replace a foot, but to return the whole sofa. The seats were somewhat comfortable (you don't expect $300 sofas to be $2000 ones anyway). Overall, it's a massive let down. Waste of my time, energy, and money. DO NOT BUY IT! ... show more

This sofa came with 2 boxes. It took 2 people around 2 hours to assembly. The back cushions need couple days to expand. It’s a small sofa fit for a small area. We put it in our flex room. Super comfy.
