Extremely easy to assemble. Comes with easy to follow instructions and you'll have it done in five minutes. Make sure you press down firmly when connecting tye chair cushion to the pole underneath. You won't here a click or anything, but if you try to raise the chair and the cushion comes off then you didn't press hard enough. Looks just like the picture and is good quality. Cushion is not too soft or too hard. Great purchase!
