This affordable, easy-to-use turntable plays both 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records and, with its built-in switchable phono preamp, can be connected directly to your home stereo, powered speakers, computer and other components, whether they have a dedicated phono input or not. An update of the popular AT-LP60, the ATLP60X features a redesigned tonearm base and headshell to improve tracking and reduce resonance. Noise is further reduced by the inclusion of an AC adapter that moves the AC/DC conVersion outside of the chassis where its impact on the signal chain is limited. Audio-Technica has been a leader in phono cartridge design for more than 50 years, and that expertise shows in the AT-LP60X’s Dual Magnet cartridge with replaceable stylus. The cartridge is integrated into the headshell for assured performance and ease of setup. The turntable comes with a detachable RCA output cable (3.5 mm male to dual RCA male), 45 RPM adapter, and a removable hinged dust cover. It is available in black (AT-LP60X-BK), brown/black (AT-LP60X-BW), gunmetal/black (AT-LP60X-GM), and red/black (AT-LP60X-RD).

Alright, folks, let's talk about this Audio-Technica turntable. If you're like me, you've got a stash of vinyl tucked away somewhere and you're ready to dust 'em off and give 'em a spin. But if you're still rocking that dusty old turntable from the 70s, it's time for an upgrade. And let me tell you, this turntable is the bee's knees. I bought this during the COVID times because I really wanted to upgrade from the disappointing turntable I had had since I was 12. I had had Audio-Technica Headphones before, and was pretty impressed with their quality, so I figured this turntable was a safe bet. I'm so glad I went this route -- every time I play a record, I'm yet again impressed by how good it sounds and by how much of an upgrade it is. So let me jump into the review of this turntable: first of all, can we talk about how easy this thing is to set up? I'm not exactly what you'd call "tech-savvy," but I was able to get this thing up and running in about 5 minutes. But the real reason we're all here is for the sound quality, am I right? Let me tell you, this turntable does not disappoint. The music comes through crisp and clear, with none of that annoying crackling or popping that you sometimes get with older turntables. And the fact that you can adjust the tracking force and anti-skate means you can really fine-tune the sound to your liking. And let's not forget about the looks. This thing is sleek and stylish, with a gunmetal gray finish that'll make all your friends jealous. Plus, it's got a cover to keep your records safe from dust and scratches. In conclusion, if you're in the market for a new turntable, do yourself a favor and check out the Audio-Technica AT-LP60X-GM. It's affordable, easy to use, and most importantly, it sounds fantastic. And if you're still not convinced, just think of all the cool points you'll score with your friends when they see this bad boy sitting on your shelf. ** As a quick side note, I will say that I paired theses with the Speakers that Amazon suggested -- I believe they are Edifier. I'm pretty happy with this combo, I feel that the sound quality together is fairly pleasing, but that said I feel you can get a similar quality out of any set of good quality speakers. Finally gave myself the gift of a new turntable after many years of staring at my stacks of old record albums. You can spend a lot more money but the quality of the Audio-Technica's sound and performance is a winner for everyday use. The features of the automatic arm and return, the easy assembly, and most importantly, the clear rich sound, makes this turntable a winner. Buying a turntable can be very confusing for the average person, so don't get lost in the weeds. If you're looking for a good turntable at a good price - this one is it. I'm not sure if it's my Bose speakers or if it's the audio-technica, but the sound quality is excellent and that's the important part. ... show more

The product arrived on time and undamaged. Out of the box. It looks very nice. However, there is a surprise waiting for you. You have to attach the turntable to the machine. It is not difficult to do, but it caught me off guard.. Having never done this before I had to refer to the instructions on how to engage the belt to the pulley correctly. Also, this is not a traditional “grounded” turntable. So hooking it up to the phono input on my older receiver, caused a loud humming upon increasing the volume I tried to switch in the back, and that actually made it much worse. I overcame the issue by hooking it up to the tape input on my receiver. The feedback is gone. I like the start and stop function and the sound quality is great. I will say out of all of the record players I’ve ever owned, this is the lightest of them all. I thought the box was empty at first. This turntable is also 2” deeper than my old technics turntable. So it may not fit in narrower entertainment cabinets. Check the specs before you purchase to make sure that it fits in your cabinet. I’ll check back with a review in six months. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The overall look of it is beautiful. It's solidly built, doesn't feel cheap. I love that you can close the top while playing a record to make sure no dust gets on the record. The play/stop button on it is super useful. I don't have to worry about being to rough putting the needle in it's place. I touch a button and it goes where it needs to. It also has a "pause" button with the lift/lower needle button. The biggest downside is that it doesn't have Bluetooth built in. You will need to buy a Bluetooth transmitter if want to do wireless. I currently have it plugged, via aux, directly to my Harman kardon speaker. ... show more

Received the turntable on schedule and in perfect shape. Works as well as I expected. Listening to albums I in more then 45 years after I went to CD format. I always took good care of them and they sound awesome.
