I had to share my terrible experience with this seller to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. Before making a purchase, please read my review carefully and consider shopping elsewhere. I made the mistake of purchasing two sets of chairs from this seller, for a total of $247.22. The chairs were incredibly difficult to assemble due to uneven holes, making the process frustrating and time-consuming. Moreover, once the chairs were finally built, they turned out to be disappointingly wobbly. Unsatisfied with the size and overall quality of the chairs, I decided to return them. To my surprise, I was required to pay for the return shipping. I immediately reached out to both Amazon and the shipper, expressing my concerns and seeking reimbursement for the shipping costs. Their response was that I needed to send the chairs back and would be refunded for the shipping expenses. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. The boxes containing the chairs were excessively heavy, and I was charged a whopping $251.56 for the return shipping. This amount not only exceeded the original purchase price but also left me shocked and frustrated. I was told to ship the chairs and that I will get reimbursed. It was only later that I discovered the maximum shipping cost they would reimburse was a mere $40. Mind you they never told me anything about a minimum amount of reimbursement when they told me to ship the chairs back. leaving me significantly out of pocket for a problem that wasn't even my fault. Given the numerous issues I encountered, I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Save yourself the headache. ... show more

I think these look very nice. I was disappointed to find a small hole in the seat after my husband put it together. Thats the only reason I gave them 3 stars. I will be returning and ordering again.

The chairs were easier to put together. Well made and strong. The seats are wider than the chairs that I had previously so that is nice. Seller sent the wrong color initially but then sent the correct color. Overall, I am happy with the chairs and the seller.
