This is a quiet chair doesn’t make any noise rolling or rocking. The lock feature to keep from rocking is well. The lumbar support is absolutely amazing and helps a lot. The height of the chair is good whether lowering or raising and is very easy to adjust. It functions great for long work hours at a computer your back doesn’t get tired, the armrests are at a good height and comfortable. Overall I’m satisfied by the chair HOWEVER THE HEADREST WAS MISSING. Also the chair and cushion are nice but if you are a wider individual you may feel the seat is bit snug, but it does hold over 300lbs. It was fairly simple to put together the wheels gave issues needed a hammer to knock them in on a few. As far as cost I feel that a $35-$45 chair would have given the same value for money as what you’ll get with this chair. ... show more

So far, all things are great! It was super easy to put together! Fabric is a bit scratchy, but it's certainly not uncomfortable! Theres a lot of good padding in the arms and the seat, with nice adjustable back support. My only thing, that I find more entertaining than anything really, is that this chair is HUGE!! The seat alone is half my body height, and sure, im only 5'3, but I was terrified when I took it out of the box! Haha! I was worried it wouldnt be able to fit my desk right, but it worked out nicely! Its also nice that its a big chair since me and my cat can now fit together! The chair is built taller than the standard chair, fully extended my feet no longer touch the ground. But It works perfectly! The folding arms make it easy to pack under my desk. And the all black design, combined with the height of it, makes it look like a really cool villain chair. Especially compared to my other desk chair, haha! I love it, worth the price. And it was a really good laugh between me and my girl friend at the ridiculous sizing of everything as i put it together. 10/10 Especially if you have a needy cat or you shift sitting positions a lot. This chair is extremely uncomfortable. The cushioning wore out within a month, and now it feels like I’m sitting on a brick. My biggest complaint, however, is the fabric. It’s harsh and abrasive — resting your arm on the armrest feels like putting it on rough asphalt, and sliding your elbow across it feels like it’s being scratched with a blade. I’ve never experienced such uncomfortable material on furniture before. I actually like Yaheetech’s Twin XL bed (I’ve bought two of them), but this chair has been a complete nightmare. Unfortunately, I’ll have to throw it out and replace it since I no longer have the original packaging to return it. Strongly recommend avoiding this chair. ... show more

Decent size chair. Came without instructions and when I contacted the manufacturer they said they couldn't help me and that I had to reach out to Amazon for further assistance. Really? It's your chair. All I asked for was instructions and not because we couldn't figure out how to put it together, but because there were different size screws and we weren't sure which one's to use where. But whatever, we figured it out. The bottom seat is pretty flat. It's hard but when sitting on it, it's not too bad. The back has nice ergonomic support if you sit all the way back. I've only used this chair for 4 days and this morning when I went to sit on it, I noticed it was lower than when I sat in it yesterday. I got up, walked around and sat back down and it sunk again. This is not what its supposed to do and now I'm debating whether to return or keep it (I'm about 150 lbs). If it keeps doing it, I'll probably return and find something else. The material on the seat is a bit scratchy for me so I placed a pillow case over it to help with that. It's sort of a pink/orange color. ... show more

Cheap ass chair.. The chair base broke on me two three months in because i like to lean back the base snapped luckily didnt hurt myself. Good thing i saved a chair base from another more sturdy office chair and swapper my rubber wheels. I would not recommend this chair and the headrest was almost unusable you have to lean all the way back instead of it holding your head while you sit. Also the padding is not good and you will need another pad if you have tail bone issues. ... show more
