I bought 2 of these chairs for the office. Some of the employees loved them, other did not. You can raise and lower this chair but the back is stationary with minimal lumbar support. The upholstery is a bit thin and one of the chairs was rubbed against a wall which caused a tear. bough this for my sister. it was easy to assemble and was in use in no time. delivery was super fast! one drawback is that the feet seem a bit small for the chair itself. it will fall back if too much pressure is put in its back. My sister likes it and i am happy. Thanks

The instruction manual was pretty straightforward. I was able to assemble this chair on my own in a little over 30 minutes. I heard a creaking sound after I finished assembly and sat on the chair. Hopefully, it’s nothing serious. I’ll come back with an update after I’ve used it for a few days.

For the price it's a good chair. I thought it would be a little sturdier though. I like that the seat is parallel to the floor and doesn't lean like some. It took more time to unwrap the product than to assemble it. Unfortunately, the seat cushion is too thin & if you buy this, you'll need to also buy a seat cushion.
