They shipped a second top right away — which also arrived broken. They then shipped a third top with better packaging and it arrived in one piece. We used it last night and it was great.

Box arrived damaged but the contents were well packaged and no damage occurred inside. Parts bag came open during transit as well so the screws were scattered throughout the entire box. Directions are decent but could be better. Notifying you to pay attention to mounting holes necessary in the next step would be nice. I had to partially disassemble to install the propane track because I had no idea the side panel had mounting holes. They literally blend right into the material and there’s no mention of it in the directions. Legs could be more sturdily tightened. Prone to loosening and wobbling. Glass is super nice and well packaged. All hardware and parts were accounted for and item seems very nice. I assembled it in my living room so I could account for parts before the weather breaks, which will be past my return window. Looking forward to relocating it outside and enjoying it all summer!

I looked at this and read the reviews for about 3 weeks going back and forth. Just put together and turned on and love it at this point. If you read the directions it is not difficult to put together just tedious. Only mishap in directions was that they mixed the 6 and 9 stickers up. So I had to redo the legs , but wasn't that big of a deal They tell you not to tighten screws till end . Delivery was great well packaged . Turned on first time. And does put out heat. Would highly recommend, if any changes will update !

This fire pit has it all. Easy to follow instructions made for a solid fire pit with a beautiful tempered glass top. Electronic lighter and controls. Slide-out shelf for propane tank, supported by rolling wheels. Long flame burner that provides a stunning flame and a good deal of heat. Came with blue glass fire stones and an all-weather cover. Delivery was quick and easy. Hard to understand how more expensive brands can really be worth more than this. Very glad I made this choice.
