Great product but it doesn’t do the steps for our tanning shelf. It can go down them so we start it there, and it works fine. Once it goes down it just can’t come back up. Keeping this item because we can live with that, just not ideal for our pool. Does walls and all the rest of the pool perfectly and it’s very easy to use. Battery life seems great and it’s easy to store and charge.

The pool vacuum was an epic fail. I tried every mode (bottom, walls, surface, all) and the vacuum cleared only about a four foot circular area. The photo here shows the cleaner after 2 hours of operation. The cleaner never surface or climbed a wall. I tried operating it in singular modes (walls, bottom, surface) and the results were always the same. I used the hook in attempt to pull it to different locations, but wherever I released it, the vacuum repeated the same circle. Also, it took about four hours to charge for 2 hours of operation. I tried for a week to get it to operate as advertised, but I was repeatedly disappointed. The cleaner never operated as depicted in online videos. The good news as that they accepted the return.

Very impressed with the cleaning capabilities of this device. It really does climb the pool walls. It does take about 4-5 hours to charge and runs about 2-3 hours. Takes a little planning but well worth it.

This pool cleaning robot is avesome. It climbs wall so easily even 90 degree wall. It has smart navigation. It charges fast. It is easy to use. The quality of material seems pretty well. It is lightweight. It worths what I paid. Thanks!!!

The media could not be loaded. The unit does a nice job with the areas it can access, but it has serious issues with pool stairs! When set to clean just the floor this unit just kept to a 3 foot wide ribbon and had a problem leaving that area. I switched it to floor and wall mode but then the issues with the stairs come right back. It is very heavy and is hard it is hard to retrieve from the pool.

This product works very well unfortunately it will only last for about 90 minutes then will need a recharge, I found the device to be extremely heavy for me but it does clean well during operation.

This Pool robot has good suction but it doesn’t pick up anything - I have no idea why but it kept making a straight line over and over and wouldn’t hit the other parts of the pool.
