I bought two of these for my large in ground pool a year ago. They have worked fantastic, they are quiet and with a simple $40 wifi controller they can be turned on and off from my phone like everything else. I’m an electrician and have installed many units that are over $4000 that are no better than these are and both of these tighter cost less than that. I was skeptical after reading the other reviews on here but expecting your pool to be over 95 degrees is a little crazy, that’s what hot tubs are for. If you want it to be that warm double them up they work great.

I paid nearly $3000 dollars for a pool heat pump and their answer to it not heating over 95 degrees was that there is no element in the heater, it is ambient temperature that is the problem. Customer Service is non-existent!

What I didn't like about the product was the manual. To many short comings to list. There was no Manuel. NO instructions worth reading. They sucked. I would tighten up in this area. Look at Pentair products. They have good manuals

OK, I will admit it - I rolled the dice on a brand I never heard of that had maybe 4 reviews on the entire Internet. This roll of the dice came up 7s - this thing is great! it just works. I have a 15000 gallon in ground pool, and it was down in the 60's with the cooling fall weather. I ordered this beast from Home Depot online and it got delivered in a week. One trip to the store for a bit of 8/3 wire, a 40 amp breaker, and about 20 foot of 2" schedule 40 PVC. Once it arrived ( in about a week), I had it installed in about 3 hours. NOT HARD AT ALL. It had my pool up to about 86 degrees in about 48 hours (I use it with a solar blanket). It just plain works. full stop.
