It works
The person who wrote “garbage” because of the error message: your error message says it’s due to no chip being installed in your adapter. Your picture also shows no chip in the adapter.

Garbage
As soon as I plugged it up to my xtool d9 pro tablet it updated then an error message with a constant red status light
