A30Pro had to do update and stuck in boot loop and unit is still under warranty but there seems to be no product support. They are refusing to address the problem so now I feel that this unit will also fall in the don’t give a crap file if it has a similar problem. Updating progress February 26th 2025 as I said I would do. I am simply giving this a better rating now (from 3 to 5 star) because the A30PRO XTOOL did finally get fixed. All the stars go to the technician and Mrs. Phoebe in XTOOL Direct department and does not reflect in anyway the trouble you may still experience in finding help. This D9 Pro is however functioning very well in itself and therefore deserves a 5 star rating. The A30Pro is also an outstanding product and should not be overshadowed by customer service shortfall. ... show more

Not a complete program it’s hard to download software and not reading all vehicles as mentioned on the description as an expensive scanner I can say that so it’s up to you if you’re going to buy it, I am looking for a better one good luck

Really happy with x tool they replied to me in 4days and answered my question I had and went above and beyond and very impressed with them even when I was wrong about my 2017 Camry hybrid not having a transmission temp sensor I thought it did they were able to show me that it does not they did not have to do that I was just curious if it did this thing is amazing I have taxi fleet and always working on my cabs I’m diy and this thing already paid it self off was able to diagnose issue and fix it and also help me on hybrid inverter coolant bleed brakes and it’s fast ... show more

Tried for days to get customer service help every way they say is available. Zip response. Another significant issue is Model year lag one example Ford explorer stops at 2019. You kidding me right. Well I guess with 3years of free updates I’ll be at 2022 in 2028. Just ridiculous. RUN FROM THIS ITEM. On the plus side the tool worked as advertised, I checked a couple of my vehicles and it pointed me in the right direction. If wasn’t for that my score would be zero stars. ... show more

    • It's very capable and fast.
I use this tool daily and the shop has the snap-on deus. This tool is faster and about 99% as capable as the deus. So far the only thing it cant do is clear adaptives on a Nissan CVT module. The Deus can do that. I work on used cars for a dealership and we do at least one a week lately so I do wish they would add that feature. But the deus costs Six grand or so... So yeah I'm super impressed with this tool. I can't say enough about the topographic layout. I was a Chrysler tech and that's how witech is layed out.
