The XS Power D4700, D4800, and D4900 are direct fit, OEM replacements for most European models. XS Power added these three models to the D Series lineup for starting and secondary power demands. By adding these three popular battery sizes to our line, XS Power has greatly expanded their direct replacement options to include many of today's most popular customized vehicles. The D4700, D4800, and D4900 are direct fit replacement batteries for many Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Bens, GM, Jaguar, and other model vehicles. The D4700 is a BCI Group 47 battery commonly referred to as the L2, which is a small size battery that fits many small sedans. It's capable of 2,900 Max Amps, and BCI rated at 745 CA. The D4800 is a BCI Group 48 battery known as the L3, which is common for mid-size sedans and SUV's. It is designed to produce over 3,000 Max Amps and is BCI rated at 815 CA. The D4900 is a BCI Group 49 battery referred to as the L5 that is direct fit for many larger luxury sedans and SUV's with excessive electronic systems. This battery is capable of 4,000 Max Amps and is BCI rated at 1075 CA.

Works significantly better than stock style battery if you have a bigger size amp. Running a 2800 watt rms D4S amp with 0GA OFC cables. Headlights dim slightly at full tilt, but with the same size stock battery which was almost brand new I couldn’t turn the radio up past 3/4 without almost stalling the vehicle from the draw. Got this for our 06 VW Jetta TDI. It was a tight fit, but it does fit. Hopefully it lasts longer than the Odyssey battery it replaced. I used to think a lot of the Odyssey batteries, and maybe I just had a lemon, but it died shortly after the warranty ran out, which didn't sit well with me.

These are some of the best batteries I have used to date in my vehicles, although a little more expensive up front than others. They are heavier built not only in the internal construction area but also in the plastic shell, this all makes for a more durable battery overall. They will also be of a higher amp value than others in the same BCI sizing. I use these when I dont want to be changing the battery in a few years, I used to use Optima but their quality has slipped over time. ... show more

    • Came dented , had it checked by a battery specialist said it was fine to use.
Pros -great for aftermarket audio. Cons - horrible during summer heat Shipping was ok box had some issues but nothing serious, battery dented on top but checked fine. Missing plastic wrap on the battery so not sure if I got a used/new one or new , hard to know really for the price it should have came just like it does from manufacturer. Gave it one star cause it seems used posts were dirty etc. if you’re going to sell used batteries as new please clean them better and also indicate the battery is new on description. Too much money for used . ... show more

Love these batteries but one came cracked at the bottom and leaking. It was replaced fairly easily replaced.

I have purchased this battery 2 times for my truck. In Arizona a good battery lasts about 2 years. I had this battery for 3 years before I replaced it. I didn't replace it because the battery went bad. I replaced it because I noticed a slight change in my truck starting when it got colder here in AZ in January. Great battery and I have put these batteries in all my cars. My wife and both of my kids cars. Best battery I have ever used. ... show more

This fit in my 2021 Honda Pilot Elite. Only thing is that my SUV has a full battery enclosure that is air sealed with intake fan and air out through the main engine air intake. The engine battery enclosure cover had to be modified slightly as this new battery is slightly larger than the OEM that came with the SUV. This battery requires M6 short posts so make sure to get them. The posts are positive and negative specific and at first I installed them backwards and didn't fit the terminals properly. Performance of this battery is incredible. The Pilot Elite has a lot of electronics with 500w amp, sub and a lot of speakers and several screens. Running the SUV electronics on the OEM battery drained it in less than 30 minutes. This new battery powered everything for over 90 minutes and had no noticeable drop in power output according to my SUV systems diagnostics smartphone app. It should last up to 139 minutes according to the battery specs. ... show more
