I cannot stop buying these lights! They are the most awesome lights. I have them on floor to ceiling shelves in both my entry and my bedroom. The ceilings are cathedral height and the lights are such an attention grabber. I also have them installed on the ceiling of our screened in porch that runs the length of our house and in our enclosed outdoor kitchen. They are extremely easy to install and easy to connect strands. Being able to have Alexa turn them off and on and dim them at your request is priceless. The app works equally as well for using the lights. Being able to dim them to whatever degree you need assures that you will always have the ambiance you need at the time. Great mood lighting. Easy app instructions and connectivity Alexa. Dimmable. Might get the colored lights next time for more variety in color but worked perfectly for my rooftop. If you want super bright lights might need to go with the bistro lights version instead.

so I ordered the 100ft string lights after looking over all the reviews. Once I received it, I had a bit of an issue connecting to it using my iphone. My husband took over with his Android phone and set it up without a problem, so I don't know if it was me or the iphone. I also made sure I sealed up all the tiny holes where the wires went into the socket. I used silicon sealer. Then I made sure to put the non waterproof controller inside a waterproof box. So I probably spend 2x as much for these lights after all was said and done. I think the lights are very bright, I even put it down to 1% brightness and that is plenty bright for me. I used the timer function to have it go on and off automatically. Then the storms came. Lots of thunderstorms and intense rain. I looked outside and notice the lights were on and it wasn't time yet. And they were very bright. I had to wait until the storm passed so I could see what was going on. I opened the waterproof box and it was dry inside, so the controller did not get wet. But my husband checked it out and said the radio function wasn't working, possibly due to static electricity. So the controller was useless. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right out. Very good customer service, but the controller definitely needs some improvement. Maybe if it had a three prong plug instead of a two prong plug that would help?? We will see how long the replacement lasts. ... show more

Although I've had these lights for a short while, can easily say this is one of the best purchases I've made. I initially bought these as an early Father's Day present to myself as I always liked the looked of string lights for a patio setting. Very simple to install and the fact that there is an app to control the light settings and turn on/off is awesome! Unfortunately, had an issue where the string lights broke and only had part of the lights working. Reached out to Customer Services for assistance and they were able to get me a new set of string lights within a week of reporting it. This is a great product and happy to see a company that standby their product! Would highly suggest for anyone. And would buy more products from XMCOSY+ in the future! ... show more

Let me start with not only a great product but you get outstanding service with them! I did not realize you need to add the bonus set of strings when ordering so I did not receive them. I reached out to their support team and within 12 hrs. Vickie came to the rescue and corrected my mistake. You need to add the bonus set to the order when you place it to receive them.
