I used to have a few ebikes when I lived in the suburbs and they were a lot of fun to ride around on. But when I moved into the city, I had to sell them because there was nowhere to store them. My Son asked for an escooter for Christmas, so I got him one, and within 10 minutes of putting it together and testing it I knew I wanted one of my own. I checked a bunch of YouTube videos and one escooter I kept seeing mentioned that it "punched above its weight class" was the Cunfon RS500. It had front suspension, a taller wider deck, good brakes and tires, a built-in speaker (for your phone to play music), running lights, tubeless tires, a powerful rear motor, and a good host of other features (like turn signals). So, I decided to try that one. When it arrived it was even larger than I expected, but with that I found it felt much more stable and less 'wobbly' than when I tried out my kid's scooter. It's easy to ride, and I found if I sort of ride it like I used to ride my skateboards, I can even bend my knees and steer with my feet a bit while holding the handlebars loosely. The motor is powerful, and I've had no trouble going up hills. My son and I have been riding our scooters together every day after school and even using them to run errands or go to night classes and sports practice. They've been a great 'vehicle' for running around the city a bit within a few blocks of home. I understand now why I see people using escooters all over the city. They're just easy, fun and convenient. The battery life seems very good, and we haven't even come close to running out of power while we're running around. It has 4 'modes', Park -Eco -Sport -Race. Generally, I've been keeping it in Eco mode and just doing like 10mph around town, but I found switching to Sports mode while going up hills makes it climb up the hills very easily. The machine easily gets up to about 25-30mph while seems plenty fast and really a little faster than I need. All in all, it's been a fantastic machine. So much so that I've started looking at the Cunfon 1000 model that has 2 motors and knobby tires for 'offroad' use. It also looks like a lot of fun. One thing that could be a bit better is the instruction manual and the use of the phone app. There's just not a lot of features documentation and I had to google how to do certain things. For example turning the running lights off and on you have to click the 'M' (mode) button 3 times quickly. Things like that should be in the manual but I didn't see it anywhere. I had to google to find out that info. I reached out to them about the manual and told them it was disappointing, but the machine is great. They were quick to respond, and I get the impression they might be taking another look at possibly upgrading the manual. They did answer all my questions though and even provided a quick video showing how to do use some features on the bike. One thing I can point out. The bike arrived in 'kick start' mode. At first, I thought the bike was broken. No matter what mode I was in when I pushed the thumb-throttle, nothing happened. I realized you need to put one foot on the board and push off while holding down the throttle to activate the motor. I wasn't crazy about this and wanted the throttle to just work immediately. But now that I've gotten used to it I actually prefer it. You can disable kickstart and make the throttle immediately engage the engine. Another thing was 'cruise control' was on automatically. I didn't like that either. When I took my thumb off the throttle and the scooter kept going it was concerning at first. But I figured out in the app you can just turn off cruise control. Which I did and it's fine now. Between the cool running lights, the front suspension, the great tires and brakes, the powerful motor, the wide and comfortable deck, the solid construction with no sketchy looking welds, I'm really loving this scooter and strongly get the feeling that while it may be my first it won't be the last. In this price range I think you probably can't find a better scooter. I know I spent a day looking at a ton of review videos and kept coming back to this one because it just seems to have the best features for the price. The scooter has plenty of power.

Overall the RS500 scooter is fantastic to ride. Smooth ride and power delivery. The wide board is perfect for big feet and providing for a more stable and secure ride feel. Braking is powerful but controlable. The lights are bright and the turn signals are a nice addition. The color changing LED’s on the side give visibility at night from the side. The dashboard is bright and easy to see and understand. Bluetooth works well and connecting to the phone was fast. I am looking forward to playing my music through the speaker. The Lewheel app is easy to use. Using the fingerprint option works great to prevent use by others. Nice job for a very affordable and feature rich scooter.

I went through 2 Hi-Boys SR2 models a few years ago while saving for my new motorcycle. They were better for kids and once the tires went bald you were screwed. My motorcycle is in the shop and on the days I do not ride my bicycle I needed something electric. Great build and design. A heavy unit at 60 pounds makes it very stable. The folding handle bar and stem are tight and made of high quality materials. Lots of extras with technology included. Bluetooth, lighting and a speaker. Fingerprint unlock is a great option . Lots of power and great on hills. Smooth ride as well. Check the tires when you pull it out of the box and you are good to go. Ride safe friends. Not for kids!!!!

I looked around at many electric scooters before buying the RZ800 last month and I'm very happy with this product. The scooter was delivered by FedEx which was a day late due to the driver. It was well packaged with no damages during shipping considering how heavy this scooter is. The RZ800 is fast and has a lot of torque when it's in race mode and it's fun to ride. It's also very sturdy even at top speed. I rode my RZ800 to work at 2 a.m. and hit one of those reflectors glued to the road surface at 25 mph and barely felt it. Before purchasing this scooter I would occasionally rent a Lime scooter which doesn't go nowhere near as fast and is a rough ride compared to the RZ800. You literally feel all of the bumps on a Lime scooter but that's not the case with the RZ800 due to the dual shocks in the rear and the adjustable shocks in the front which I adjusted a little bit. This scooter is solid, handles very well and stops quickly with the disc brakes. My only complaint would be that the headlight could be a little brighter but other than that I'm very happy with this scooter. The RZ800 also has a horn, turn signals and a break light. It also has lights on the back and down the side of the frame for added visibility at night and it has two small LED lights aimed at the front tire that can not be turned off. If you're considering this scooter I would highly recommend getting it, especially if you want to go fast when you can safely do so. I would also recommend getting a good bike helmet if you don't already have one due to how fast this scooter goes. I drove my car at 30 mph and checked my GPS which also showed 30 mph. I did the same on the scooter. When I hit 30 mph on the RZ800 my GPS showed 30 mph. The speedometer on the RZ800 is accurate, at least on my scooter. There are other comments on here claiming the speedometer isn't correct but that's not the case with mine.

This is scooter punches well above its weight. I’ve put a little over 700 miles (1127 km) on it over the past 6 months riding it to school and around the city. It is incredibly fast (31 mph/50kmh on a full battery!) and the suspension makes the ride quite smooth. I can get about 20 miles or 32 km out of a full battery riding at max throttle in race mode. You don’t see these types of stats on most electric scooters in this price range, and those that do are usually lower quality or don’t come with a warranty. The only issues I’ve had were a flat tire at around 300 miles from running over a piece of glass, and a cracked front fender from hitting too many unavoidable potholes after 600 miles. Thankfully, I was able to get both of those components replaced at no extra cost due to the 1 year warranty. The after service quality is excellent; the warranty people genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are always very responsive whenever I reach out to them for anything. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase for anyone wanting a reliable and speedy commuter scooter at a reasonable price!

This thing is a blast to ride! I wanted a fast scooter and after doing some research I landed on this one. Set up and assembly was easy. Cut a couple of zip ties, secure four screws with the included Allen key, turn it on and ride! I weigh just about 220lb, and this thing has no problem getting me up to 25 mph on a flat road. There is a bit of a wobble at 25 mph but completely manageable. The fact that this thing is a solid machine probably plays into the stability of it. It appears on mine the front splash guard is slightly bent in one direction, possibly do in shipping or manufacturing. It looks to be strictly cosmetic and does not affect the functionality. The headlight and turn signals is a pretty cool addition. I have not attempted to ride it at night, but even in the daytime the headlight is bright enough to see from several feet away. The scooter has an application you can download, a fingerprint scanner that you can set up to protect it. The application gives you a bunch of statistics and parameters. Changing settings on a scooter is a little weird, by default it's set to almost like an "assist" mode. Meaning you have to kick off and start writing the scooter normally before hitting the accelerator. Pressing the accelerator down does nothing unless the scooter is already moving. You can change this in the settings so that it can take off from a stop, But it's a little cumbersome to change it every single time you turn scooter on. To change it you press the power button six times to get into the settings. Once you're inside the settings you can press the right brake lever to cycle through the available options. Option P3 is for enabling the accelerator all the time Just highlight P3, press the power button one time, You should hear a beep. After that just wait a couple seconds and it'll exit the menu. Overall I think this is a perfect beginner scooter.

great scooter overall superfast pickup & long range battery with sturdy frame. that said the steering is a little tough, especially at the top speed, regen braking is almost nonexistent, and instructions if they exist are unclear & contradictory. also the app doesn't let me keep the ambient lights straight on instead of some weird flash and doesn't have front blinkers

I'm taking 2 stars away from an otherwise excellent scooter because the scooter is UNSTABLE and DANGEROUS. This is my third electric scooter, and the most powerful I've purchased. At 25mph, the scooter is noticeably unstable in a way that is clearly dangerous and is likely to result in injury if you were to hit a bump in the road. Turning on the scooter is also dangerous due to the configuration of the suspension. The *VERY* open suspension is supposed to make the ride more comfortable, but the design of the C-suspension means that, when you are turning, the wheels become further apart from each other and the turning radius changes, while the entire stem moves downward towards the wheels, magnifying the instability of the scooter and making it easy to fall off. The other reason I will deduct a star is because of the positioning of the speaker. The speaker holes are positioned literally UNDERNEATH the scooter--last time I checked, my ears are not attached to my feet, and even if they were, the speaker still wouldn't be pointed at them. The special controls of the scooter are also a bit unintuitive and hard to remember, and the scooter will acknowledge buttons presses with beeps without clearly explaining on the dash what those button presses have changed. Battery life and speed are great. Good value. Good portability.
