This thing is a blast to ride! I wanted a fast scooter and after doing some research I landed on this one. Set up and assembly was easy. Cut a couple of zip ties, secure four screws with the included Allen key, turn it on and ride! I weigh just about 220lb, and this thing has no problem getting me up to 25 mph on a flat road. There is a bit of a wobble at 25 mph but completely manageable. The fact that this thing is a solid machine probably plays into the stability of it. It appears on mine the front splash guard is slightly bent in one direction, possibly do in shipping or manufacturing. It looks to be strictly cosmetic and does not affect the functionality. The headlight and turn signals is a pretty cool addition. I have not attempted to ride it at night, but even in the daytime the headlight is bright enough to see from several feet away. The scooter has an application you can download, a fingerprint scanner that you can set up to protect it. The application gives you a bunch of statistics and parameters. Changing settings on a scooter is a little weird, by default it's set to almost like an "assist" mode. Meaning you have to kick off and start writing the scooter normally before hitting the accelerator. Pressing the accelerator down does nothing unless the scooter is already moving. You can change this in the settings so that it can take off from a stop, But it's a little cumbersome to change it every single time you turn scooter on. To change it you press the power button six times to get into the settings. Once you're inside the settings you can press the right brake lever to cycle through the available options. Option P3 is for enabling the accelerator all the time Just highlight P3, press the power button one time, You should hear a beep. After that just wait a couple seconds and it'll exit the menu. Overall I think this is a perfect beginner scooter.

Amazing ride. Sturdy platform, good battery life. 4 modes including race mode. I got up to 26MPG and I felt safe for the most part. But it is fast so purchase a helmet as well. I wouldn't recommend this for young kids but safe responsible teens should be fine with safety gear. Expensive but worth it. The only downside is not being able to turn off the under lighting & a little bit heavy. Maybe there's a way to turn off the under lighting but I couldn't find it but....8.7/10 IMO

RS500 works wonderfully. It has a long battery life and it able to perform at high speeds even up hill, perfect for everyday use. Additionally, the after-sale support was amazing as well! The after-sales representative was informative and thorough, helping me solve the small issues I had with the RS500. Overall, a very good product and customer support.

UPDATE: After fully charging both scooters, they registered 30 mph (again I cannot confirm but that is what the digital readout showed). Also, playing around with the app I somehow locked the Race setting to only go 15 MPH. We contacted the manufacturer and they gave us a guide to unlock the speed which worked so we are good to go (see picture to resolve). I would also say, all of the hand grips are not securely in place and they slide around some. The throttle on both was also loose but I was able to disassemble some and find the screw to tighten it so we are good. We just purchased 2 of these and they arrived yesterday (Dec 2nd). First of all it was so incredibly easy to put together and just really cool looking. It is taller than you might expect but with suspension it has to be. Both scooters when just pushing them you hear a rhythmic hum which tells me something might be warped (maybe the brake discs). The app was super easy to use and pretty awesome that you can lock it with a fingerprint needed to unlock (stay off our dang scooters kids HAHA). Similar to what another review said, ours registered 26 MPH on flat ground, but I can't verify that it is truly 26 MPH. It is FAST though, as we have a GOTRAZ scooter that registers 15.5 MPH and this thing FLEW past it. Very comfortable to ride and the suspension is very smooth. Lights are cool and the blinkers work great. I am concerned about the batteries and charging power supply. You almost couldn't touch the charger it was SO HOT when charging the scooter for the first time. I worry this will fail in short order due to heat (especially if kept in a hot garage). So far so good. If anything changes I will update. 1 last thing I am worried because soon after we purchased it doesn't look like they are available anymore on Amazon so what is up with that? Did they sell them all, or did they determine a problem etc? Happy shopping

Good power and speed. The scooter itself is a wonderful machine and really well built. This brand appears to hold up well and is worth the money you spend when there are obviously other options. Works best on road conditions but can be taken through grass and rough terrain without much problem. Battery life is good, depending on how you drive it, and the scooter accelerates quickly. The seller has great communication and works hard to correct any problems that arise. There were a couple issues and the seller was professional and courteous to help get them corrected. Seriously, a top notch scooter and buyer experience.

I live in Washington, DC. Having a car in this city is a nightmare. It's impossible to find a parking space, and parking enforcement is hunting like a starving animal for prey to devour with tickets & towing. So, I decided to purchase this scooter as a way to get around the city. It has to be one of the best decisions I've made since moving here. It is fast, rides comfortably, and has cool features, like a thumbprint scanner to unlock it. Cruise control, a long range of 50 miles on a full-charge, excellent lighting to create visibility. The list goes on and on. I have already put 600 miles on it and loved every mile. I had an issue with a part that broke when I had an accident and their customer service was exceptional when I reached out. Highly recommend!

Bugs in my teeth at 30mph. An exhilarating ride! Overall an extremely good purchase. There are, however, certain inconsequential areas that could be improved. The electric horn failed immediately and was replaced with a bell a bell. The handlebar hook, that secures the steering stem in the collapsed position, could use additional surface area, to make the release easier. The double stick backing on the yellow reflectors are curved, but the attachment location is flat, resulting in adhesion failure. The front and rear brake control levers are on opposite sides from most typical installations and take getting used to. The headlight attachment stand-off seems weak requiring frequent realignment. The illuminated gear display is hard to read at speed due to road vibration, small text and low brightness. So many positive features. Style, features and performance exceeded my expectations. The catch for the folding mechanism is exceptional and secures the stem solidly in the upright position, without slop or play. The cruise control feature is excellent. The brakes have good stopping response. The flares on the hand grips are comfortable. The turn signal beeping is a helpful reminder. The platform is stable and does not respond unexpectedly to weight shifts and foot relocations. Running lights and reflectors offer high visibility, adding to safety. Speed and range are above average. While heavy, the folding stem provides a convenient handhold for lifting.
