Although I've had these lights for a short while, can easily say this is one of the best purchases I've made. I initially bought these as an early Father's Day present to myself as I always liked the looked of string lights for a patio setting. Very simple to install and the fact that there is an app to control the light settings and turn on/off is awesome! Unfortunately, had an issue where the string lights broke and only had part of the lights working. Reached out to Customer Services for assistance and they were able to get me a new set of string lights within a week of reporting it. This is a great product and happy to see a company that standby their product! Would highly suggest for anyone. And would buy more products from XMCOSY+ in the future! ... show more

    • Finally got around to putting these up and WOW!

Bought this set of lights on Black Friday 2022 and they sat around in the box for many months after that. This past weekend I finally put them up. It wasn't a small job (150 feet of cord and 70 holes drilled into pool cage) but the result is great! The lights are 23" apart on the strand. The instructions warn not to install the strand in such a way that the wire is stressed, so I put a screw hook every 21". That resulted in a fair amout of drooping wire between lights. If I were to be doing it over again I would space the hooks 22" apart (or maybe a little more). It sounds like a minimal difference, but when you multiple it times 150 feet, it makes a meaningful difference the area your lights will cover. Unlike other lights I looked at, these bulbs can be replaced (and you get a few replacements included). Finally, they are Alexa-compatible so I just say "Alexa- pool lights on" and ta-da my pool area is magically alit! ... show more

Set up outside around patio, these lights do the trick. Once hung, the set up was real easy on my phone and the controls a snap. We live in a community that is light sensitive and the ability to adjust light output is wonderful.

Ok, so you might be thinking how is it a great product and great customer service!?! Well, I bought these lights earlier in the year and installed them and absolutely love how they looked. I also love the ability to dim them and have they set to come on at sundown and turn off at 11 pm. But after about 6 months, they stopped working. I contacted their customer support and they helped me do some troubleshooting. The fuse in the plug was blown and when replaced it blew out again. After a couple exchanges of messages, they shipped me an entire brand new set as a replacement. My lights are back installed on my patio and I just love the ambient lighting they provide! I did add a weatherproof box for the controller and plug connection as extra protection since we get a lot of rain and that may have contributed to the first issue. Love these lights! ... show more

Installed under my pergola. Saw complaints on water so I pulled each bulb and added silicon clear sealant around bulb and base. Little tricky to sync up to phone but got it done. One thing is the bulbs are actually 22" apart and with 49 spacing btwn 50 bulbs I got 91'+ and few inches( first to last bulb). Lots of end cord close to 8'. We love it so far and hope it holds out well over time. ... show more
