This is my favorite Multivitamin. It included all the important vitamins I was looking for. It doesn't make me queasy. It does have a smell but it doesn't bother me. Great value for the money

Super reasonable price for a multivitamin. But oh boy, brace yourself for the smell and taste. It's like a punch to your gut — seriously, it's got me doing the 🤢 emoji in real life. But hey, it's got all the good stuff I need, so I'm just holding my nose and powering through. Would I prefer a capsule? Totally. But the price tag's so sweet, I'm willing to wrestle with these large tablets. They aren’t as big as omega 3 pills but they aren’t small either. Brace yourself and enjoy the benefits 😂 I’m already feeling more energetic since switching to this brand and it’s only been 2 weeks!

One of the Best Multivitamins I've Used I've tried it all—whole food-based vitamins, natural capsule forms, fermented sources—everything you'd find in the multivitamin section at Whole Foods. Unfortunately, none of them worked for me; they caused digestive distress, hives, headaches… you name it. Then I found a multivitamin by Simple Truth (a Kroger brand) on Vitacost, and it suited me perfectly—but sadly, it was discontinued. I knew what ingredients worked for me, so I kept searching and was lucky to find HUM Base Control. When I checked the ingredients, they were identical to the Simple Truth formula—even the inactive ones. It was a perfect match! Now my whole family uses this vitamin. Buying directly from HUM requires a pricey subscription (about $38), so I'm really glad Amazon carries it. One tip: I’ve found that taking the vitamin mid-meal during breakfast—not before or after—prevents any nausea and helps with absorption. I feel more energized, and even my teenage daughter notices the difference on the days she takes it. Overall, this is a great multivitamin. Thanks to HUM for making something that truly works.

I noticed a burst of energy when I first started using these vitamins and better sleep. They do have a weird taste, but I love the natural ingredients results.

I've been in desperate need of a multivitamin. I immediately felt nauseous and within 1 min of taking these and then proceeded to throw up. ?? It's rare for me to throw up. I have a sensitive body an eat Healthy but I don't throw up often. I had not thrown up in years before taking these. but I've thrown up immediately within 1 minute after taking these, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! So it was not just a fluke". This is not a multivitamin. and waste of money. I'm not sure if this is even safe" to consumer, or FDA approved ingredients. cuz I'm not sure why it makes me throw up everytime with 60 secs of taking it, My body luterally rejects it and throws it up. ?? I cannot reccomend this. I'm dissapointed/ disgusted at this waste of money. I was in desperate need of a multi vitamin. I WOULD REALLY LIKE A RETURN/ REFUND. Cuz this is just not fair. These are not consumable for me, my body literally rejects it immediatly after swallowing one. These do not even stay down. A waste of money, and now money down the drain cuz I can't even get a better multivitamin- Im broke as is at the moment -Which is why I had gave these 'cheaper vitamins' a try in the first place.. If your also broke you're better off just saving ur money, and getting sonething higher quality! :/ :( 😞 Disgusting. Not a good vitamin, and makes me sick. Can't take these. I’ve been using Base Control from the manufacturer’s website for 6 months with great success. I originally started taking to stop occurrence of canker sores. For the most recent bottle I ordered off Amazon for convenience and to avoid the monthly subscription. I don’t know if I got a faulty bottle or what but I am three weeks into the new bottle and this is not the same as the others. The pill itself is notoriously bad smelling (I don’t mind, because it works) but these pills aren’t nearly as fragrant. The other pills would turn my pee neon yellow overnight, so I knew I was getting the abundance of vitamins as advertised - this bottle has no effect. And most importantly, I have not gotten a canker store since starting with Hum, but I have one now. I also started shedding hair like crazy starting about a week ago. All of these things combined leads me to believe that this bottle is less potent than the bottles I was getting directly from the manufacturers website. I replaced an order directly from HUM and am hoping to get the same original quality I was enjoying.
