As to assembly, my 106 lb wife and I assembled this in about 90 minutes. Just take your to me and make sure all the pieces slide into the slots like they should. I love the control panel on the inside and outside. It takes about 15 minutes to get warm enough to enjoy and maybe another 10 minutes to get to 65 degrees Celsius. Too hot for me as I like to stay in for an hour, i usually set it to 55 degrees Celsius. I installed in an existing closet and it fits perfect and looks like it was built in. Heats up to 145 degrees in about 20 min. Bluetooth works great and sounds good enough for a sauna. 1st of all. I DO NOT RIGHT REVIEWS. I'm only writing this because I looked so long for the right Sauna. This one is it! After I purchased the 2 person Sauna the seller contacted me right away thanking me for my purchase. Any question that I had he would respond within 30 mins to an hour. As for the sauna, It is easier setting it up than it is getting it out the box. I assembled mine within 20 minutes. The bluetooth speakers work great as well. I use it twice a day. Once in the morning and before I get ready for bed. It is SO RELAXING!!!! I've been sleeping better and I feel so refreshed after I come out. I hope my review helps ease minds of cautious buyers. I was so skeptical of buying this because there are so many on the market and I wanted the right one. This is the absolute best one for the price and quality. VERY HIGH QUALITY TOO! The company XMatch was excellent to work with. Shipping company CEVA Logistics, not so much. There were lots and lots of hiccups with my delivery, which was clearly no reflection on XMatch. They did everything they could to help me out. I just hope they consider using a different shipping company in the future. As for the sauna itself, it is exactly what I had hoped for. It is a match to the quality and results of the sauna I used at the gym (pre-COVID shutdown). The unit is designed well and performs well. I just received the sauna and was happy about the tracking and delivery. I in boxed the sauna and it looks great until I tried to put it together. Some of the sides did not fit. I reached out the vender and their response was very good. They helped me and made it right. I would recommend this.

Sellers are very easy to contact through Amazon app. The shipping was about of a headache but I understand that is not the fault of the seller and just part of dealing with shipping multiple, oversized boxes. The unit itself is very easy to assemble with 2 people and works well. I like the quality and the rich look of the cedar wood and it’s aroma. I purchase this for health. The sauna was easy to installed due to excellent workmanship. Two seniors hauled it upstairs and installed it in our master bedroom. The sauna heats up very fast. Surprised how much I sweat on the second day. This is only day four. Hope things continue the same way for many use to come. Installed a remote power switch to eliminate unplugging the sauna after using it as recommended. Bluetooth capability is great. The seller respond to a Bluetooth question immediately. As of now I would recommend this sauna. Delivery time was acceptable seeing how large and heavy the two box were and where it came from.
