It was easy to set up and use. I’m 6’3” and 260 lbs and I fit in it no problem. The chair that they provide is very small like a kids chair. I don’t have a thermometer but it heats up in 10 minutes and after 20 minutes of use I’m completely drenched. I just don’t know if it’s from sweating or because it is steam heated and not dry air. I bought it as a trail as a cheaper option before investing into something more expensive and permanent. Seems to be worth the money after using it 5-6 times.

The sauna goes together easily enough but that’s were the good stops. It has a ton of air through the zippers and very porous walls. The biggest downside is it doesn’t come close to the stated temperature. After a sealed warmup of 30 minutes the highest reading was 107 degrees. It has no therapeutic effects. A hot shower would be more beneficial.

It’s hot enough if I sit over the heater with a blanket on me. Otherwise, I find the heat dissipates too fast to enjoy even with preheating.

Outstanding gear. Simple to assemble and operate. The steam is impressive and the water amount available in reservoir is adequate for 70 min on P15. It’s an optimum size for steam therapy but I wish it was slightly larger. No issues either way and would buy again.

I am still trying to get use to this. But I am loving it. The one thing that I can tell a difference in is my breathing. I can take deep breaths and feel like I can fill my lungs up with air. I am using it every other day right now and building myself up to staying longer. I did start out on the highest setting because I didn't feel like the others were putting out enough and it could definitely be operator era. I stayed 10 min. the first two times and 20 the third time. It was very easy to assemble. Me and my husband had it working in twenty five minutes. it also doesn't take up as much room as I thought it would. I bought it for health benefits so hopefully I will see results in six to eight weeks if not sooner.
