I have only received the chairs in this set. They are solid and comfortable. The sofa and ottomans are nowhere to be found. Contacted Amazon and Fedex. Amazon has reached out to the seller for an update. Will provide an updated review upon receiving the balance of product. Update- received the 2nd box and went to assemble the couch. Packaging was solid, but the couch back rest is bent to the point the upper back bolt won’t align. Submitted feedback to seller to see how they remedy. Customer service was great! I bought this for patio set during the storm. The cover is fine. The layers of the fabric is good quality. I also use it as a motorcycle cover sometimes. Good product for the price. Will buy again.

As already mentioned by others, assembly was not the easiest, parts did not line up and had to be forced into position and the hardware was not very sturdy with the bolts stripping. I would imagine this to be consistent with this type of rattan furniture, after all you are not paying for top-drawer outdoor furniture and for us the price was worth these inconveniences. The ottoman cushions were packed as a solid color not matching the denim fabric of the couch, so I contacted the seller who came back and shunted me over to another support area which for some reason could not make contact with my e-mail at first. However they did send replacement cushion covers that matched exactly and eventually I did receive some of the lost e-mails. We are satisfied and pleased with our purchase. ... show more

The set came very well packaged with no missing parts. The entire set took maybe an hour to put together with no issues. Really decent quality and great for the price ( similar sets $1400-2000$). Very comfortable and highly recommended! Good bang for the buck.

The furniture is very sturdy and comfortable, especially for the price! We go outside just to sit on it. Assembly is a little "tricky." The directions specifically state "DO NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLTS UNTIL ALL OF THEM ARE STARTED." This is a must!!!!!! My only complaint is that the bolts are substandard and easily strip. You can use the hex wrench provided for installation, but summer may be over before you finish. Make sure you have the exact right hex attachment for you drill. ... show more

I was skeptical about this patio furniture. It seemed too good of a price to be decent quality but, I gave it a shot. The cons: labor intensive to put together for 1 person. You really need 2 people. Instructions are a bit lacking. **** If you tighten before getting all pieces put together, the holes wont align. **** Some of the rattan scratched from me flipping pieces over on the concrete patio trying to assemble it by myself. Easy fix with marker. Better fix lay down blanket first and get a2nd person to help. Some of the rattan is not secured. Easy fix with epoxy. Seat cushions are a little thin but, not uncomfortable. Pros: Packaged well. Arrived quickly. It is really pretty and looks like quality furniture once its assembled. It seems sturdy. Cushions are comfortable. Fabric seems to be very good quality. Seats are not too low as I noticed with some other brands I was looking at. Two 6 ft, 250+ lb men seat comfortably in it (not too low) and supports their weight. I have had furniture put together for a couple of weeks and use it daily during the Summer. Furniture is kept under a Pergola so I am expecting to get 4-5 seasons out of it at least. It is a bit early yet but, so far over all I am well pleased and would purchase again. ... show more

I'm liking everything about this set. I did need to purchase a set of better velcro for the ottomans because the ones they sent were not effective. Once I got the new velcro in place the cushions stayed in place.
