The back rest cushions are not thick enough. They need to re-design so that there is at least 4 inches of some sort of firmer stuffing like in the seating cushions. They are very uncomfortable to lean back in because you feel like you’re almost laying down. so now we need to come up with a new redesign to make them comfortable for us to sit in.

Ohhhh finally i can write my review..... it took 3 boxes 4 days from date of delivery to all arrive.... i wish they were able to deliver everything at the same time however i understand this is probably due to size of boxes and space available on the truck for cost purposes. I do wish however they would give each box a seperate tracking number of they are going to send them seperate. I have bad anxiety and thought part of the set was missing but it wasn't and we had FedEx deliver our set. Customer service was great and got back to me timely about the issue and what was happening. I will say this is a nice set considering the cost and time to put together. One person can assemble however it's easier with 2 and actual tools, we did however get all the hardware and directionsto assemble everything. The cushions are super comfy and color is prefect. Will need to see how long they last as they are going to be in a screen porch but not covered otherwise as of yet. The set seems sturdy and comfortable. Super excited to have the set on our porch. The screen section we used this on for reference was 14x14.

I ordered this product because I was trying to match a table that I already had. It is much better quality than the one I had but one of the corner screws wouldn't go in. My husband tried after I couldn't get it and he said there isn't a place for it to go. So one corner screw (allen wrench) had to be left off. Otherwise it was fairly easy to assemble.

Great set for the price. Packaging is good. Nice to have two swivel chairs and quality is better than inspected from China. Only complaint is that it takes FOREVER to assemble this set even with the proper tools. It took approximately 5 to 6 hours to unpack and assemble the 10 piece set!

This set was difficult to assemble for the following reasons: directions are vague, not all screw holes line up and metal frames not easily manipulated for adjustment, additional tools are needed since the Allan wrench provided is difficult to use in the tight corners - especially for those with large hands. Overall look is nice, though time will tell just how sturdy chairs and sofa are.
