I spent a lot of time researching and looking into different patio sets before deciding on this one. The fact that Home Depot sells this brand on their website made me more comfortable purchasing vs other no name brands on Amazon. When reading reviews on other wicker sets, the big thing I realized was that many have a low back design and when you look at the pictures, it’s very noticeable. The back on this set is about 5” taller than others, which was important to me. I’m 5’7’’ and the back is well above my shoulders. Also the back of the seats lean back to be more ergonomic and comfortable (vs a straight back design). I love this. Also the seats themselves are very deep (even for my long legs). I really wanted a set with the swivel gliders- they are worth it. The dark brown wicker is pretty with a reddish accent through it. Assembly was easy as well. I had to reach out to customer service as one cushion came with a run in it, and they responded right away. Bought on Prime Day with a discount and so far, very happy I went with this one! ... show more

First of all, the shipping was good. It came over multiple days. It was packaged well and no damage. The assembly did have some issues. I was not overly impressed with the directions. I have seen worse. The fire pit and sofa went well. But the two chairs had some issues. The bolts were not of the best quality as some of them easily were stripped. I used my drill rather than the allen wrench they offered. But some many of the holes in the chairs had welds that covered part of it up that caused issues with the bolts. I had to drill them out and work the bolts in. I live on the coast of Oregon coast so we will see how they hold up in the salty air and our weather. I will update if there are any issues. I purchased this set for my porch and I love it. It is very comfortable, sturdy, complete, and just what I wanted at an affordable price. It was a little difficult to assemble but I did the couch and ottomans myself. Ny brother helped me with the chairs. The directions need to be clearer. Thank you

We received our furniture in three boxes. All parts were received except for the proper fasteners. I went ahead and attempted to assemble the furniture, but immediately discovered that some critical fasteners were missing. I determined what was missing and purchased these parts at my local hardware store. On completion the furniture looked perfect and was well constructed. I was upset that I had to spend my time and a considerable sum to acquire the necessary parts. I contacted the manufacture, explained my issues, and after several emails back and forth they offered me a partial refund on my purchase price. I was thankful and impressed with their follow up .     • Comfortable, good quality for the price.
The coffee table comes with a glass top that is only held on by suction cups--that's a terrible design. And ottoman cushions come with Velcro stickers that would keep you from flipping them over and they look cheap. I opted for just laying the cushions on top for now. I might get a different kind of fastener for those. I probably would skip all of the tables if I were going to buy it again and just get the chairs, couch, and ottomans but I don't think that's a package option. As others have mentioned, it's a pain to put together. It comes in 4 boxes and the chairs are spread across two boxes so you can't assemble it until you have all of the parts. The couch and ottomans come in the biggest box, and I (40 year old female) managed it myself, but it's pretty heavy/awkward for one person. Nothing is labeled so there's a lot of guess work as to what part is what, but once you get the first piece of furniture together it goes faster. The chairs are the hardest. I highly recommend a hex drill bit or a ratchet style hex key because a lot of the bolts are close to the joints and you can't turn the tool that it comes with all the way around. Now that it's together, I'm pretty happy. It's comfortable, and it looks nice. It's a fairly large set. If you have a big space and not a huge budget, it's a good buy. ... show more
