I was hesitant to buy this due to the lack of reviews, but I am glad I took the risk. I do not work in the furniture industry, but my work brings me to the International Furniture Market in NC twice a year. I have seen outdoor sets that cost $5000-$10,000 that are virtually indistinguishable from this set. It is very well made, and looks fantastic. The seats are extremely comfortable. If you have ever set in standard outdoor furniture you've probably noticed the low seat back makes it uncomfortable after a while. This set has a high back, and does not have that problem. As for the reviews stating this is difficult to put together, they are most likely not following instructions. Simply start each screw and don't tighten until each screw is partially inserted. This makes the frame of each piece more flexible and easier to line up the screws. It is literally as simple as putting the pieces beside each other and screwing a screw into a hole. I would recommend getting a hex key drill bit, I imagine using the provided hex key would take a while. I used a drill and assembled 7 pieces in just under an hour. This is probably my favorite purchase I've ever made on amazon, trust me you will not regret buying this. ... show more

Beautiful set! We absolutely love! It's very comfortable! Best advice I can give for assembly: slight put all screws in but leave loose until all screws and pieces are assembled. Then go around and tighten everything. When tightening everything initially, it left a lot of holes not lining up. We decided to go back and start over leaving everything loose and doing that everything lined up perfectly! Ended up being very easy assembly! ... show more

The 7 piece set came in 3 separate delivered packages. It took a while to put together, but after we put the set together it looks great! We’ve been using it almost every day under our Gazebo and it holds up great and dries pretty quickly after being rained on. The cushions are very comfortable as well. We added some outdoor throw pillows that we found on discount from our big box store. I would recommend this set to anyone and was glad I purchased this instead of the lower back sectionals that I was looking at getting. ... show more

    • OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE…BUT, THE ASSEMBLY, OH MY!

The set arrived with a piece damaged. I contacted the seller who was VERY RESPONSIVE!!!! He immediately sent out the replacement piece. I couldn’t ask for better customer service! Once we received the piece, we set out to assemble the furniture. HOLY MOLY was this difficult. I am not a novice at this and know not to tighten screws and bolts until they are all in. But this was terrible, holes didn’t line up in some places; NOT EVEN CLOSE! Screws were short on a couple of pieces so I had to run to a local hardware store. In addition, I heard words that I didn’t even know existed as my husband and myself worked for two days, TWO Solid Days!. He made me promise to never order anything that needed assembly again. He would pay double just to have it assembled. We’ll see about that, lol! However, after the grunt work of the assembly, I am extremely pleased with the set. So I am giving this set 4 stars because of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the finished product being so great. But removing one star due to the assembly being made so difficult because of things not lining up properly during assembly. ... show more

We loved the furniture AT FIRST. Easy to assemble & comfortable. NOW two chairs have broken wicker at the upper corners (and a couple others are looking like they could do the same). We need to have both of them replaced but don't know how to contact customer service regarding the issue. This is too much money to spend to have items break this quickly! I am in love with this furniture. It is beautiful- love the color. Part of the set got rained on while we were putting together other pieces and we were pleased at how water resistant it is. The cushions and luxury feel really worked well for our rooftop patio. Highlighted the couches with some decorator pillows. Experienced rain showers the past few weeks and they dry quickly and do not retain the water. Great set.
