I got this projector because I have seen good reviews on this model. In person it's a beautiful unit and projects a very sharp image, auto focus and alignment, come with a Bluetooth remote and is back lite. Has 3 HDMI ports, one is also for e-arc sound systems, 3 USB ports, optical sound port, audio pot, Ethernet port or use WiFi, can project up to 150 foot image without distortion. Also included are batteries for the remote, power cable, manual and warranty information. This version is GTV which is Google streaming for people that use Netflix & other apps standard for Google streaming services. There is another version ATV, which is Android streaming which doesn't have Netflix. This projector has some many features including 3D, it's hard to detail everything here. Check online video for this projector but remember this is GTV version. Most videos are on the ATV. Everything is similar except this has Google TV streaming. ... show more

First off, the image quality is awesome! I bought this unit as a replacement/upgrade from a Nexigo Aurora Pro, which I thought had a pretty good picture. This Aura 2 BLOWS IT AWAY, right out of the box. My reason for the one star review is the following: 1. I can not connect to my JBL 710 AV receiver with eArc. No picture or sound, no matter how I mess with settings. I can connect Xfinity box and a streaming device directly through the HDMI2 and 3, and all works fine. I have a Dolby Atmos speaker system, and the HDMI has to connect thru eArc for an Atmos signal to process. 2. The screen occasionally goes dark, sometimes 5 second, sometimes a couple of minutes, while the audio continues. The safety feature to dim the laser is turned off, so it's not caused by that. 3. This is the most frustrating part. The lack of customer support. You can online chat with them, but after doing that several times, and completing their suggested fixes, to no avail, I was told to contact them thru email. Their customer service is open 9-6 central EUROPEAN time and has not been a lot of help. I need to speak to someone, but apparently there is no telephone assistance available and that there is no US based customer service Call me crazy, but due to the fact that the picture quality is SO good, I'm thinking of returning this unit for a replacement, with the hopes that this is a one-time defective unit. It is a nice buy, i had to exchange my first one and get another because the sound started arching like it bust without me ever turning the volume up to loud. The second one also did the same thing, I ended up getting 100 from the people and buying a soundbar for the price it shouldn't be messing up at all. Bought this item after spending hours on reviews. The projector failed within a day. It stopped switching on, even if the power comes up, the lens cover would not open. You had to unplug the device each time I want to switch on. Glad it failed within return period, else I would have got stuck with a $2K failed product. ... show more

Amazing. But just a heads up: if you are thinking of using this in a quiet room to program or something, it will be too loud. More so if you are above a certain altitude (the fan has to work harder to move the same amount of air since the air is thinner; this will be the same for lots of projectors).
