This is the worst printer I have ever had. That's a high bar to beat, as I recently replaced my HP with this, and the HP was horrible. This Xerox has been plagued by problems starting at about 30 days of use. It endlessly shows paper jam errors. I can never fix them, eventually after resetting it about 4 times it will restart, but then will show a jam again after a different tray is used. Then its the same thing again. Forget using it if you need something done within an hour or two. Also, it prints poorly on most paper, very smeary despite attempts to increase the fuser tempature and adjust papers. I will be replacing this already and its on craigslist 10 months old. I feel bad for whoever takes the chance on it. ... show more
