Good slim bag for small spaces. The bag will arrive in 2 separate boxes. Good quality for the price but I would recommend putting at least 1-2 bags of sand into the base bc the suction does not hold the bag steadily when kicking and punching. The con to this bag is the location of the hole to add water or sand which is located directly under the pole instead of on the side like other bags. So make sure you add water or sand to the base prior to screwing in all of the screws and mounts or you'll have to do this step twice. ... show more

I will admit, I almost canceled my order as soon as the box arrived and I was like... I just paid $200 for a little plastic water holder with suction cups but no bar, no bag, no springs, I was not happy. I strongly recommend putting in item description that it comes in 2 boxes on separate days to avoid this in the future. That said it is an amazing product and I would definitely recommend it. Also if you are a bigger guy.. you are probably gonna knock this back off the floor in one decent punch, not for bigger guys throwing hard punches for sure but my girl who I bought it for loves it. ... show more

I have been training in martial arts for over 16 years. I thought this bag would be good for me to train at home in addition to the punching bag I have. The bag did not fit my needs. It appears to be of good quality, but not the sturdiness I need.

The shock absorbing springs are just for look they do nothing I’m not a huge person nor a professional boxer and my 20% jab knocks this thing almost completely off it’s base and the base is completely full of sand would only recommend for small children and honestly would return if it was easier to return I wish I could atleast get half of my money back on this thing ... show more

I weight 130 lbs and Im only 5ft 3... so I dont hit the bag as hard as a bigger person. This Bag is perfect for me since I only got it for fun and am learning a few moves from my martial art trainer. It really helps me get my stress and aggression out. When my son who is taller than me hits it.. it actually lifts off the floor and the suction loosens up but it goes right back where it belongs.
