Impressive Robotic Pool Cleaner Worth Every Penny!
Color: Matte Black Blue
I've been using the X5 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner for a few weeks now, and it has completely transformed my pool maintenance routine. Setup was simple - fully cordless, no messy cables, and it started cleaning right out of the box. The smart navigation system is fantastic. It moves methodically and covers every inch of my pool, including the walls and waterline, which many other cleaners tend to miss. The precision docking feature is a great touch - it always returns neatly to the same spot when done. Battery life is excellent - I consistently get around 3 hours (180 minutes) of runtime, which is enough to clean my large inground pool (over 3,000 sq. ft.) in a single cycle. The 4 cleaning modes make it easy to customize the cleaning for a quick touch-up or a full deep clean. It picks up everything - leaves, dirt, sand - and leaves the water sparkling clear. Maintenance is also easy; the filter basket pops out quickly for rinsing. Overall, this is a powerful, smart, and hassle-free cleaner that saves me hours of manual work. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a spotless pool with zero effort! ... show more

Defective batteries
Color: Matte Black Blue
This pool robot worked great the first time maybe second, but after that there’s battery issues and won’t hold a charge or will just beep at me when trying to charge it. Was told defective. I returned my first one and same issues with second one.

Still in evaluation
Color: Matte Black Blue
Still in evaluation but so far so good! Climbs walls easily and the vaccuming is very effective, Short battery life is a concern as it stalls before the job is finished. I consider it better than suction side connected cleaners.

Perfect response to an issue
Color: Matte Black Blue
Customer service was excellent. My pool robot worked better than i had hoped for- no vacuum hoses getting twisted and zero spot missed in the pool. Could not have been happier. Sadly, last week i went to put it in the pool and the lights gave an odd flashing sequence and would not start. I contacted CS and they determined the unit was faulty, offered a new unit or a full refund. I opted for a refund because the unit i had purchased was now on Black Friday pricing. Within hours my refund was back on my card and i managed to save some $$’s by ordering during the sale. While the failure was disappointing, the response was excellent and they deserve much credit and an opportunity to keep a customer happy. Dealing with CS in many companies is hit or miss, some good, some awfull. The team at Pondee did it right and i will continue to buy their products ... show more

Don’t waste your money
Color: Matte Black Blue
This pool vacuum and manufacturer is absolute trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 2nd one I purchased after the first one failing on the first use ( which I assumed was just bad luck) but the 2nd one has failed after about 5 uses. It doesn’t not function correctly and stops running after about 5 minutes. I bought it for my 2nd house and only use it about 1 every other week. Month 2 and it’s malfunctioning. Just sits there at the bottom and eventually turns off. I would just send back but I’m past my 30days. Unhappy custome!!! ... show more

Good Quality Suction
Color: Matte Black Blue
This cordless pool cleaner has exceeded every expectation. With a robust 180-minute battery life, it effortlessly cleans my entire pool in a single cycle—no interruptions, no need to recharge midway. Its powerful suction system handles everything from stubborn dirt and fine sediment to larger debris like leaves and twigs, scrubbing both the floor and walls with impressive efficiency. The extra-large 4.1-liter filter basket is a major convenience. It holds a generous amount of debris, so I don’t have to stop and empty it frequently. The intelligent navigation system is another standout—it methodically covers 98% of the pool area and knows exactly when to wrap up. Once cleaning is complete or the battery runs low, it automatically moves to the pool’s edge, making retrieval simple and stress-free. The included pole hook is a thoughtful touch, allowing me to lift it out without getting wet. I also love the cordless design—no tangled cables or setup hassles—and the waterline scrubbing is surprisingly thorough. The food-grade silicone brushes are gentle on pool surfaces but tough on grime, offering peace of mind and excellent cleaning performance. In short, this cleaner combines smart engineering with practical design. It’s reliable, efficient, and built to make pool maintenance effortless. If you’re looking for a high-performance, low-hassle solution, this one’s a winner. Great Value for money, and strong built, and great power. ... show more

Durability Problems
Color: Matte Black Blue
This vacuum worked great for six months, then died. I wasn’t able to reach anybody at Pondee, they just had an email address. As far as performance, it picked up everything except fine dirt and algae.

Good cleaner
Color: Matte Gray
Works good but it is not going to replace a good vacuuming. Easy to use and recharge but hard to get it to program correctly. I’d recommend getting it, just don’t expect not to have to help it clean your pool
