This pool robot worked great the first time maybe second, but after that there’s battery issues and won’t hold a charge or will just beep at me when trying to charge it. Was told defective. I returned my first one and same issues with second one.

Still in evaluation but so far so good! Climbs walls easily and the vaccuming is very effective, Short battery life is a concern as it stalls before the job is finished. I consider it better than suction side connected cleaners.

Customer service was excellent. My pool robot worked better than i had hoped for- no vacuum hoses getting twisted and zero spot missed in the pool. Could not have been happier. Sadly, last week i went to put it in the pool and the lights gave an odd flashing sequence and would not start. I contacted CS and they determined the unit was faulty, offered a new unit or a full refund. I opted for a refund because the unit i had purchased was now on Black Friday pricing. Within hours my refund was back on my card and i managed to save some $$’s by ordering during the sale. While the failure was disappointing, the response was excellent and they deserve much credit and an opportunity to keep a customer happy. Dealing with CS in many companies is hit or miss, some good, some awfull. The team at Pondee did it right and i will continue to buy their products

This pool vacuum and manufacturer is absolute trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 2nd one I purchased after the first one failing on the first use ( which I assumed was just bad luck) but the 2nd one has failed after about 5 uses. It doesn’t not function correctly and stops running after about 5 minutes. I bought it for my 2nd house and only use it about 1 every other week. Month 2 and it’s malfunctioning. Just sits there at the bottom and eventually turns off. I would just send back but I’m past my 30days. Unhappy custome!!!

This vacuum worked great for six months, then died. I wasn’t able to reach anybody at Pondee, they just had an email address. As far as performance, it picked up everything except fine dirt and algae.

Works good but it is not going to replace a good vacuuming. Easy to use and recharge but hard to get it to program correctly. I’d recommend getting it, just don’t expect not to have to help it clean your pool
