I’m not usually one to write a review but when I have a product that I’m very satisfied with and customer service that’s responsive and kind, it’s hard not to. This is my first dip into slightly more premium ergonomic office chairs. I was looking at the $1000-2000 options but I could not justify that spend. I’m happy I decided to go with this chair after a lot of “research” (reading and an insane amount of Amazon reviews lol). The set up was very easy. It’s a rock solid chair and feels premium. I primarily got this chair for the lumbar support that it offers and the customizable settings. It definitely delivers on the support side in basically every regard. Sitting at my desk for hours doesn’t cause me pain anymore like it used to. My favorite feature is the ability to lock the chair in the semi reclined and fully reclined positions. It’s nice when you’re just lounging and watching a video and don’t want to make the effort to hold yourself back. The foot rest is a nice feature to have although I don’t use it that much. The flip up arms are also extremely useful when wanting to get close to the table. I only have one gripe which is very minor and fixable - the folding arms are very difficult to push back with the tightness of the bolts that it initially is set to, although this can be adjusted and loosened. Overall, I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking to enter the premium desk chair market!

If you're like me you are sick and tired of playing Amazon roulette with your desk chairs. I'm not spending 2 grand on the best of the best, but I would like something that is suitable for all day sitting as I WFH. So far, this chair is hitting all my marks. For starters, this is easily the most well labeled and simple to follow assembly I've ever seen, and I've put together a LOT of chairs in my day. The mesh feels quality, the overall sturdiness is that of a professional office chair. The biggest thing for me is the seat. My hips get sore no matter what type of foam pad these chairs come with nowadays. That's why I opted for mesh, for a little more give to help relief the pressure around the hips. I've been in the chair for 6 hours not and I can say confidently this adds so much relief to my butt and hips area that I can almost cry tears of relief. The chair lift offers height adjustments sure to fit any desk size. The head rest is placed properly to feel like its supporting your neck in a relaxed position and not forcing it into an awkward alignment. The lumbar support so far has been okay. I'm playing with the adjustments to find the perfect spot for me and I'm confident I'll get there. Overall, zero regrets purchasing this chair.

This chair is AWESOME. If you are like me, and are picky about a chair that is solid quality, has customizable features, comfortable and doesn’t break the bank, look no further because this chair is for you. What I love: 1. It arrived fast and was easy to assemble (maybe 20-30 mins) 2. The ergonomic comfort. The mesh is comfortable and taught enough that it does not feel like it will wear out soon. I’ve had my chair for about two months so far, and it’s holding up perfectly. I spend multiple hours in my professional at a desk, and wanted something to help support my back, and this has a movable back rest that can be adjusted up and down, and forward and backwards, in seconds (no twisting a knob under the chair). The armrests have multiple points of customization to suit the users preferred arm position. However, the only technical complaint I can make is that if you want to get the arm rests out of the way by putting them in the “up position,” they still protrude forward and are not flush, which means they push into the back of your arms. The base seat. So, in the photos, you’ll notice my seat looks different than the one that comes standard on the chair. This is because, I personally, am not a fan of mesh seating because I like to sit cross-legged in my chair, and the mesh tugs on my skin/hair. BUT, Elablast has a fix. (1) if you register your purchase/warranty with them, you get the pick of either (A) glide rollerblade wheels, or (B) a very soft 1” thick padded seat cover that engulfs the entire base seat. However, I discovered on Elablast’s store page that they sell a memory foam cushion seat replacement, and I got that and the free seat cushion. LET ME JUST TELL YOU, this chair is now the most comfy office chair I’ve ever owned. If you do replace the base seat from mesh to cushion, just know it will “delete” the extending leg rest feature. I didn’t care about that feature too much, but just something to consider. See photos. 3. And lastly, Elablast’s customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I emailed them to register and inquired about the seat replacement and the cover, and they were generous enough to send me one because they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I didn’t expect or ask them to do that, they just did. All in all, this is one of the best Amazon purchases and experience one could hope for. Thank you Elablast!

At the time of posting this review, this chair only had around 957 reviews compared to several other chairs I looked at that had thousands more. I decided to take a chance on it because of the 30-day return window. First off — wow. The positive reviews are absolutely accurate. We previously bought office chairs from Costco, and this chair is a major step up in comfort and quality. I bought it for my wife, who works long hours sitting at a desk. Today was her first full day using it, and she said it was amazing. Normally after several hours she has lower back discomfort, constantly needs to get up and stretch, and often moves to the bed to continue working from her laptop because her chair becomes uncomfortable. Today was the first day in years I didn’t see her do that. She loves it. My 20-year-old son assembled it in about 45 minutes. His first comment was how well everything was packaged and labeled. He also specifically mentioned how impressive the instruction manual was — full color, booklet style, and very easy to follow. As others have mentioned, the company includes a free gift offer in the booklet. You can choose between upgraded wheels or a cushion/cover. We chose the cover. Customer service responded to my email immediately, and the next day they let me know it would take about three weeks to restock and apologized for the delay. The chair feels solid, very comfortable, and has tons of adjustment points for the back, armrests, and headrest. The only minor weak point is the footrest. It’s not bad, but it’s not quite as sturdy as the rest of the chair. If you made it this far, this is a real review from a real buyer in Texas. I highly recommend this chair. You’ll be happy with it.

I'm giving this product 4 1/2 stars. I think it's well designed and and the chair is ergonomic. The box is much smaller than I expected, so I thought assembly would be terrible, but it was actually pretty easy. 20-30 minutes total, but only 10 minutes if I had to do it again. The quality is good, but then again, the chair is not exactly cheap. The chair is not light nor heavy, it's kind of in between, but substantial enough. I feel like the chair will not start to loosen up like so many others. The general engineering of the chair exceeds 100% of what I expected for the price point, with one small exception. I didn't know the chair had a leg rest, and the leg rest operates smoothly; however, the mesh fabric is purposely attached to the leg rest cushion on 3 sides instead of 4 and that makes it different from every other taught mesh surface on the chair. The mechanism is easy and intuitive and the leaning tension can be adjusted. The mechanism and the cylinder are the most important parts in my mind and they see to be of good quality. The lumbar support is Hight adjustable and decent, but can not be set to an exaggerated forward position which sometimes would help if my back is tired.

This is the 3rd office chair I bought, and this "Elabest" is the best in so many ways. For one thing I have a fractured vertebra...this chair gives me the support I need. The Lumbar support is excellent; the mesh fabric is cool and comfortable. The head rest feels so relieving on my neck, not to mention the convenient footrest for when you just want to kick back! The arm rest are fully adjustable too! Al-in-all the chair is good and solid. Love the fact that I was able to choose one with green mesh in it to match our color scheme. The brace on the back of the chair is wood grain, which matches our desk set we bought from Amazon too! A win-win!! It only took my husband less than 1/2 hour to put it together. If you want to use it on carpeting, you'll want to change out the wheels or put down a mat. Good news is for choosing their product, they give you a choice of "Roller Blade Wheels or a Seat Cover", which will be sent to you after filling out the warranty card.

This is a great chair! I work all day sitting at my desk. I had purchased two previous cheaper chairs and both resulted in lower back pain and tailbone pain. I have sat for over 10 hours in this chair and always feels comfortable. It has a versatile neck brace which can be adjusted. The lumbar support can also be adjusted. It brings a leg extension but I haven’t used it. The mesh makes it cool and able to breathe. It is very sturdy, and very stylish. Most people that see it ask me about it since it has an attractive ergonomic design. Pay a little more and you will be pleased with the results.

This is a fantastic chair. I needed a chair for an office setup, sitting daily for about 5-6 hours per day. This chair is super comfortable and the mesh is very supportive without being stiff in a negative way. I am 6'6" but the headrest articulation is perfect, but also clearly would work for someone shorter than myself. I don't really use the leg rest much, and even when fully extended, I find it is a bit short for me (only supports my mid-calf), but I can see it would be comfortable for most. The chair arrived in sturdy packaging with everything individually wrapped with protective wraps. The instructions were very very clear, and there is a blister pack of hardware that you open only as you need each along the way. Inside there was also a welcome card and a code for a free upgrade, which I chose the rollerblade style wheels, which should work a bit better on the thick carpeting I have in my office/playroom. Overall, a fantastic chair and the customer service is SUPER attentive and professional. HIGHLY recommend!
