Excellent Purchase! I was on the market for a chair that was not only sturdy (I am a 6'3", 235lb man) but also comfortable during days when I worked from home. Although the chair was on the higher end of my budget, it was absolutely worth the price. The assembly was simple enough with the included instructions and tools, only requiring a bit of elbow grease to tighten the each screw and insert the wheels. The chair itself is sturdy and breathable. I have yet to hear a squeak, groan, or other sound when sitting or leaning back and it supports my back and neck wonderfully. The adjustable arm rests did take a bit of getting used to, but are very comfortable once you find the appropriate position for you. Even the adjustable leg rest is comfortable for a person my size. The wheels are stable as well and glide easily over hard wood and well enough over carpet. The manufacturer warrantly is easy to set up and the company was kind enough to send me roller blades wheels that provide even easier mobility. All-in-all I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this chair to anyone looking for something sturdy and comfortable. I have only been using this chair for one week and will update if anything changes.

OK, well I have a lot to say about this chair. First of all I waiting a bit to comment because it is truly a chair that is almost too good to be true. It is very stable, the height is adjustable, very easy to assemble and ergonomically my body has noticed the difference. I had to wait a bit longer to get this chair because I wanted the blue and it was worth the wait. So get this, I go to register the chair and I get an email from this lovely lady Ada who offers me FREE of charge replacement wheels to protect my beautiful wood floors or a chair cover. I was at first hesitant because who is offered something free without strings attached and without complaining in the first place. I opted for the replacement wheels of which Ada made arrangements to have them delivered again free of charge. Once the replacement wheels arrived I easily replaced them and my I wheel around my office without any fear of damage to my floors. So back to my review of the chair, it was very easy to put together, instructions were perfect, size is perfect in my office. The weight is easy for me to pick up and I can sit in this chair for many hours a day without bodily discomfort. Do not hesitate to buy this chair you will not be sorry. Thank you Elabest and Ada in customer service.

I have only had this chair for about two weeks, but I love it completely. It assembled pretty easily. I stand between 5'10-5'11 and 270lbs, and this chair fits and supports me extremely well. The headrest hits just right, the fact you can assemble the back depth based on your size/height is great, plus you can if you want/need to adjust it if you selected the wrong size. There are stickers on the parts to tell you what to assemble where which helps. At 51 I have sat in a LOT of desk chairs over the years and this is one of if not the most comfortable one I have ever had, I hope it lasts as long as my last chair (12 years). The lower lumbar support is great, the footrest (which I didn't think I would ever use) I have used a few times already, the adjustable armrests are nice. It isn't too heavy so you can turn it over if you need to without much effort. The only thing I did do, and this is a preference of mine is I didn't use the stock casters, I purchased a separate set of casters that are slightly larger, heavier duty and rubber not plastic. Still that is me, you might be perfectly happy with the regular ones that come with it. I tell you that to say that changing the casters doesn't affect how it moves, the stability, or comfort of the chair. I can't recommend this chair enough, plus it is a great price so you are getting your money's worth for sure. I think you will love this chair if you get it.

So forever I have been looking for a new PC chair as my old one has been worn down and it was time for a replacement. I was told to look for and ergonomic one as I sit for long hours. I stubbled upon this GEM! Easy to put together and extremely comfortable! However the seat came damaged. Now here's the kicker I called customer service which according to other reviews are excellent. They are 100% right! One call and a few pictures of the damage and my invoice and bam they agreed to replace the seat and offer the seat cover and rollerblade wheels. They even sent a nice email saying they also fully registered the warranty for the chair as well. I do have to wait some time for the replacement chair seat but they were completely transparent about how the seat was out of stock for improvements and will be available in August and that the roller-blade wheels are currently out of stock and are expected to arrive in 4 weeks and told me that i would see them shipped out by 4 weeks . In the mean time they are sending the sponge seat cover to improve my experience and provide better support while I wait. Awesome! Cant wait! So how is the chair? Night and day from my old, one everything on the product page is 1000% accurate! To the adjustable lumbar support which is a soft pillow with height and depth adjustments, the tiltable head rest, to the 5-d arm rest they are all excellent! Something it does not tell you is that the depth of the chair is customizable for your height and weight when you put it together! The foot rest is also ROCK SOILD and so easy to unfold and store away when not needed and it has 3 tilt locks for leaning back in the chair. I would highly recommend this PC chair to anyone! Will Update In the coming months with the replacement parts when they arrive. No worry's about buying one of these excellent chairs! Comfortable, breathable, very sturdy and extremely customizable.

I much prefer this style of chair over the typical stiff gaming chairs. The mesh design contours to your body far better and provides a more natural, comfortable sitting experience. I chose the Coffee Break pattern and am very happy with how it looks in person. Assembly was straightforward and took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. Everything needed for setup was included in the box, and the instructions were easy to follow. The ergonomics are excellent for the price. The chair provides solid back support, has a comfortable seating height, and allows you to adjust the seat position during assembly to better fit your individual preferences. One of my favorite features is the armrests. They are soft, highly adjustable, and can be repositioned in several ways. They can even be folded up and out of the way when not needed, which is surprisingly useful. The adjustable lumbar support is another nice touch, helping provide extra lower-back comfort. The reclining function is also well designed, with multiple lockable positions so you can find the angle that works best for you. While I personally never use footrests on office chairs, the included footrest seems perfectly adequate for those who would benefit from it. My only real complaint is the headrest. It doesn't extend far enough forward and there is no way to adjust it closer to your head. Even when sitting with good posture, I barely make contact with it. I can only comfortably use it when reclining. Of course, this may vary depending on your height and preferred seating position. Overall, this is a fantastic chair for the price. I've used higher-end chairs that are better, but they also cost two to three times as much. For my needs, this chair strikes an excellent balance between comfort, features, and affordability, and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I’ll start off by saying I am not a “chair aficionado”, and that I only rarely review products. In this instance, I felt compelled to do so. I upgraded to the X100 from a Razer Enki gaming chair as I spend a great deal of screen time and needed something which which provides significant support and works for both productivity and gaming. I do not regret this purchase one iota. This chair is quite simply spectacular in every respect. I compared the X100 to the Herman Miller chairs at my place of business, and I am completely unable to discern a difference. While I require it, I tend not to use “lumbar support” as it never seems to truly provide comfort or relief. The fact that the lumbar support in this chair is vertically adjustable by quite a degree absolutely delivers. I have it set _exactly_ where I need it, and it helps me considerably retain posture. The arm rests have ~6” of horizontal movement front/back, and 45 degree cant in/out which fits every comfort situation I have yet to encounter. As a plus, the arm rests have the capability to be levered 90 degrees upwards and out of the way. Company support has been nothing short of fantastic. They reached out to me a reasonable number of times; not to sell anything, but simply to check in and ask for personal feedback. Response time from them has consistently been less than a day. I do recommend the seat pad upgrade: which in my case was free utilizing the documentation included with the chair. Made a magnificent product even more comfortable. Assembly took 20min, if that. Very straightforward. The combination of a fantastic product, and the stellar customer support, has earned ELABEST a loyal customer in me. I have already recommended to multiple people, and will continue to do so.

The short version: less review reading, more "add to cart"-ing The (much) longer version: after discovering my centuries old office chair now has a permanent imprint of my butt on it, I decided it might perhaps be time for a replacement. I spent HOURS scrolling through so many chairs with so many features, I developed a paralyzing case of FOMO - and then, right as I was about to call it quits completely and resign myself to spending another century with my existing chair, I found this one. I was EXTREMELY hesitant about both the mesh and the price tag which, while very reasonable for an office chair these days, could've been used on a very large nunber of delicious Culver's butterburgers instead. Despite my misgivings, I was lured in by the siren call of Prime day deals and pulled the trigger, figuring I could always attempt a return if I hated it. Two days later, it appeared on my doorstep via magic and one very determined Amazon delivery driver. Assembly was easy enough; there were a couple spots where I had to trial and error a little, but nothing crazy (unless you count my sister's dog constantly trying to run off with pieces). Fully assembled, it's a good looking chair; makes all the other office chairs go WAAAAAH! However, its remarkably good looks pale in comparison to the experience of sitting in said chair. I really thought I would miss my cushy padded seat, but the mesh is very comfortable and super supportive. Between that and the suspension, it's got a tiny bit of bounce to it when you sit, which I love. I didn't really care about the 5D armrest functionality when I bought it, but I may never be able to go back to standard chairs again after this. And the pull-out footrest?!?! AMAZING. I can look like I'm just sitting at my desk like a normal person and secretly be totally chilling with the footrest out. I was also worried because I'm fun-sized (5'4") and didn't think the headrest or lumbar support would fit me very well, but it's just about perfect. The reclining feature is also great and I love that I can still rock a little even when it's not reclined at all. So far, I've sat in it normally, cross-legged, both feet on the footrest, one leg tucked under me, one crossed and one stretched out, and this chair has comfortably accommodated all of them. I'm a major fidgeter and it's really hard for me to just sit still at my desk, so the variety of options is a huge win. With all the customizations, especially on the armrests, you can make this bad boy work for literally any sitting position. It also fits under my desk perfectly. I will say I wouldn't put too much pressure on the armrests or footrest as they're not super stable, but that doesn't bother me personally. Also they offer the choice of roller wheels or a seat cover if you send them an email, which obviously I'm doing because #freestuff. The seat cover is on backorder so we'll see, but honestly wouldn't bother me given how much I love the chair. To summarize: you need this chair in your life. I have lost some of the existential dread I feel at going into work solely because of it. I used to be like you, thinking the insanely high rating was a scam, and now I am riding off into the sunset on Chairlene and we will live happily ever after. The end.

There's no other options in this price range that delivers the same amount of features that this chair offers. It's very adjustable, easy to set up, and quite comfortable once you have it set up for your body. Build quality is great, this chair does not creak or wobble and I can tell that I am going to own it for many years. The fabric feels very durable and is breathable, laying back the whole way and kicking your feet up on the footrest in the middle of a stressful day is quite sublime. If you spend 8 plus hours a day at a desk then this chair is worth every single penny and then some. I have even recommended this chair to friends and family, something I never do for any other products!
