I picked this up on a whim and I am glad I did. I've never been overtly terrified of bees but was definitely more aware when I got stung by one a few years ago. I then found myself following a beekeeper and it intrigued me. This book was quick to read and very informative. This is an excellent book for beginning beekeepers and one of five that I ordered. I wouldn't use this as a sole source for getting started in beekeeping, but one of many. Very clear explanations for a beginner beekeeper like myself. A must read for new-bees!
