It slows riders down safely and makes every zip feel secure. 🛠 Installation We’re not particularly handy, but installation only took us a couple of hours from start to finish. Honestly, it was so simple it made me a little nervous—but it’s solid as a rock. Once up, it feels extremely strong and safe. 🤔 Something to Consider The rubber tubing was the trickiest part. Feeding the wire through it was a pain, and we ended up cutting it in half to make it work—which turned out just fine. We purchased this for our kids for Christmas. Got it set up in January, which was pretty easy, and our kids loved it! Everything worked well for 3 weeks, except I’d say the seat is a little small and could have been larger to be more stable but still totally useable. After 3 weeks though a piece broke in the pulley system and the swing could not longer slide down the cable. It was broken and we were past the 30 days from purchase even though we hadn’t used it for more then 30 days. I reached out to the company and did not hear anything back but upon leaving a review here on Amazon they contacted me and sent me a new set at no cost. I’m very happy with the company fixing the problem we had. So even though we encountered a piece breaking I’d still recommend them because they made it right and sometimes stuff breaks. We are very excited to put up the new set so the kids can play with it again. Thank you to the company for replacing what broke and making it easy.

I have 2 trees that stretch across my whole yard which I thought would make a perfect space for a zip line. This zip line came with some string sticking out of the line and also I couldn’t run the line through the tree protector tube like the instructions say because the duct tape at the end was too bulky to go through the tube but no problem. It’s a big strong tree it doesn’t need the tube protection I guess. Anyways the kids love it so id consider it a big success

My grandkids love it! We set it up between pine trees at our cabin and the yard is now a fun playground for them. The like is easy to install and its easy to use (just don’t place it too steep or you’ll definitely come down too fast and hard!)

So for the price, it seems to work fairly well. But be warned, this thing must be guitar string tight and is very difficult to tension properly. It does come with one 6 inch turnbuckle, but that isn't even close to being enough of a tension system to get this thing as tight as it needs to be to function. I had to hook an electric winch to it and pull it tight that way.
