It took me nearly 3 hours to put this chair together. I bought this chair as a birthday gift for my husband to replace his older gaming chair. The bolts required for assembling pieces on to the chair were already screwed into the chair instead of being in a separate container within the box. This was somewhat convenient as it allowed easy tracking of said bolts. Although one of them had been screwed in so tight that I had to find a wrench in our own personal tool box to pry it loose in order to assemble to the chair. The chair was also missing 2 screws meaning I had to hunt down spare screws from our old chair, and the allen-wrench that went with them, to fully assemble the chair. If I had not already possessed these spares I would not have been able to properly assemble the chair. The runnings for the foot rest interfered with the assembly of the arms and required nearly 30-40 mins of excessive force to get the holes to line up in order to even attach the arms. Picture provider for reference. With that being said, once the chair was completed it looked amazing and my husband loved it. He said it is very comfortable and provides him with good support as compared to his older chair. Unfortunately though with how the arms and foot rest runnings aligned he is not able to use the foot rest. Overall it is a nice looking chair that offers good support but it took forever to assemble due to missing pieces and somewhat poorly thought out assembly design. The chair is comfortable and rolls easily. The power wire should be longer or or put in a spot so that it cant be so easily yanked out. Getting up from the chair I lifted up to get out and the cord snatched out. Ive got to get another one. but very comfortable

Chair arrived early. Which was nice. However, upon trying to assemble, one of the main screw anchors in the seat that is meant to secure the back rest was completely loose. It was not anchored in the base whatsoever. The seat back couldn't be secured and the chair could not be safely assembled. Customer support was quick to respond and was able to ship out a replacement part quickly. I got everything put together and have been able to use it for a few days. So far I am enjoying it. It's quite comfortable, even for long periods. The USB cord for the massage feature is a little shorter than I'd like, but not a deal breaker. As someone with a bad lower back, the lumbar cushion is adjustable and supports decently. We'll see how long it holds up in the long run, but so far it's great for the price. Knocking off 1 star just because I had to deal with broken parts from the get go, but otherwise dont have any complaints. ... show more

I purchased this for my son for Christmas and the lumbar support only worked for about an hour then stopped. We have tried everything and it will no longer turn on. I paid extra for this chair for that and it doesn't even work. Disappointing

I can't remember exactly when I bought it, but it's been a little over a year I feel. That said it didn't last long which is disappointing. Today, Aug. 17, I went to sit down and the bottom of the seat just bent down and I slid off the chair. I had to grab the seat and pull it back up to sit down at which point it happened again, but I caught myself before I fell. In the time I had it it was a good chair, but at some point, can't remember, it started to wiggle as well and felt lose. I tried to fix it, but couldn't find a problem. I also found out that the hydraulic didn't work anymore and it was stuck in the down position, it would rise if I lifted it but would go back down right away (need to mention I'm tall so the seat was always low and that's why I didn't find out until now). It was a good chair while I had it, but I don't think I'll get another because of this one not lasting long. ... show more

So, the chair went together in 10 minutes, all pieces fit together well.... the pad with massage 1 does not work & 2 has a cord way too short. so I don't actually have the full effect of the chair.
