Cannot be registered or operated on public roads in any U.S. state. Also not CARB-certified — cannot be sold or used in California. What does the wa-rran-ty cover, and what is excluded? 1-year frame wa-rranty against structural defects. 90-day parts and battery wa-rranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items excluded. Handled by our U.S.-based team. Does the vehicle come assembled, or do I need to assemble it? The Hawk 125 ships 85% pre-assembled. Remaining assembly takes approximately 45–60 minutes (4 wheels, handlebar, fenders, rear rack, rear shock, footrests, battery). Owner's manual and official YouTube assembly video included. Do I need to change the oil before the first ride? Yes — change the engine oil before your first ride. Factory oil is a break-in fluid not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the most common cause of early engine seizure. What should I do if my vehicle arrives damaged? Photograph everything before signing. Note damage on delivery receipt. Refuse delivery only if severely damaged — con-tact us within 48 hours with photos for damage found after opening.

Original carburetor wasn't working right. We tried adjusting it but to no avail. One email and in 2 days we had a replacement. Works great now and the kids are having a blast. They've been riding for an hour everyday and loving every second. Definitely recommend this company and this model

This is a great deal for the money. Yes you have to put it together and no it is not hard for someone who has changed a tire on a bicycle. It is a two wheel drive so it gets stuck in deep mud, but it is fast and fun and the only thing like it at this price. It is made in china and if you break a part good luck with that - but the engine is all prepackaged and you are just adding the wheels and handlebars and racks. My 12 year old loves it and it is perfect for his adventurous spirit but it will be too small for him in a year or two. Hopefully this helps! UPDATE: we had a couple of issues and I have to say that the supplier took care of us. Reply within 25 hours and replacement parts (due to our misuse of the vehicle) we’re covered under warranty and shipped to us within 2 days. I am very pleased with the effort of the seller to warranty their product even when we admitted it was probably our fault that caused the part to come loose. ... show more

    • Factory defective and now I'm a mechanic!
The machine was defective from the factory as it has no reverse x-pro claims it to be a clutch well that's fine but now I get to be the one to rip the machine apart and fix it! Do not buy one if you don't want to work on something l! I even purchased the extended coverage that's a joke! Save your self the pain and go buy a name brand machine, I purchased this for a 6 year old who has not even been able to ride it due to it being defective. All you get for the warranty are free parts DO NOT BUY IT! ... show more

I was expecting this to have issues right out of the gate because it was so cheap. Was having bad dreams about it while it was on the way but it came out the box with no damage not even to the crate! I didn’t even buy the assembled version which in my opinion was very worth it as it is so easy to put together. Would give 4 stars if it had a carburetor that wasn’t sealed to a certain rpm. It has great power in reverse but it takes a second in drive to get going or else it shuts itself off. New better carb would unlock this quad! Overall this thing is way better then I expected and I’m going to buy another one for my other son. Good job a Xpro. Great service to they always get back to you. ... show more
